I tend to, when it comes to people I have lost touch with, feel like I remember or miss them while believing I probably don’t even cross their minds ever/am an insignificant person in their memories.
And it makes my heart really happy then when something comes up that kinda forces me out of that comfort zone of not wanting to reach out to people that played significant parts in my life, that I’m shown how I feel isn’t actually the reality and that they haven’t just forgotten all about me.
nimble, a border collie-papillon mix, wins the 12” class in the 2024 masters agility championship. the first time a mixed breed has won at westminster ever.
context explaining why the announcer is screaming, this is supposed to take a high level competitive agility dog 40 seconds
This video makes me cry every time it’s on my dash and I can’t even iterate why.
Like the dog doesn’t even know it’s a competition and she’s made history. She(?) just is happy and knows she made her owner happy too.
The face of a being with only a wind storm between their ears, moments before unleashing it unto the world
always a pleasure to see this girl on my dashboard

My parents had to put my baby down today and I am heartbroken. Buddy really was my best friend and I wish we had gone down to my parent's house last weekend so I could have pet him and seen him one last time.

To give some perspective: Chariots were invented circa 2000 BC and were the fastest form of transportation known to man for around 3800 years until trains in the 1800′s. Then 100 years later we were flying, and 66 years after that we were on the Moon.
Laura Ingalls Wilder lived to 90. The first time she crossed the prarie, she walked. The last time she crossed the prarie, she flew in a jet.
You should get the death penalty, or at the very least life in prison without the possibility of parole, if you decide to drive drunk and you hit and kill someone.
I want a remake of The Shining that is more in line with the books where Walton Goggins plays Jack.

Our smoked cheese is finally ready. So what better dinner for a Saturday than thawing some extra sharp white cheddar and having grilled cheese with some homemade tomato and red pepper soup and bacon jam.
(Ignore how much garlic there is, much of was set aside after roasting to make garlic butter)
