sounds silly but. one of the greatest things ever as someone with a trauma background is learning that things aren't inherently as bad or as scary as I thought. it IS possible to assemble Ikea furniture without arguments. is IS possible to discuss boundaries without having something thrown at me for speaking out of turn. it IS possible to spend hours on end sharing your favourite things with your favourite people, and not get called annoying for it. the world is an incredible place
i just want to spend the rest of this year letting things flow for once in my life and not stress over outcomes and/ or situations i have absolute no control over. just letting God guide me while i work on being the best version of me.

Hi if you ever find yourself in a relationship saying anything along the lines of "well I can't leave cause I would never be able to find something better than this because I'm trans/fat/aging/antisocial/unlucky" I beg of you to run. Please. You can find and build better but in order to do that you have to take the first step out the door. You do not have to endure abuse, mistreatment, or just plain incompatibility for the sake of a fraction of happiness. You don't.
This post has ended multiple shitty relationships. Reblog it to end even more
It’s been so long since I’ve gotten angry and wow anger is such a powerful emotion. I hate how people say it’s not good to be angry.. because it’s truly a useful emotion. It’s bringing things into perspective for me.. because if you make me angry… I simply cannot be around you.. especially if my entire physical energy is thrown off.. that’s not okay. I feel like shit but at least I know how to move..
Breakups fucking suck.. but I’m done.
