GUESS WHO’S BACK ?

hi guys , it’s me !! i’m back and im ready to cause chaos. kidding, im mentally exhausted and have no desire to wreak havoc at the moment. keyword: at the moment. 

i’m still into dsmp, not as much as i was before, and i’ve not watched a single lore stream in ages but im still kind of in the fandom. 

per usual, you’ll see alot of og mcyt stuff and if there’s a series with alot of them, there’s a chance i like it. for example - double life and empires.

I also like bsd now so expect some of that stuff. mostly just soukoku stuff since im mentally ill and they are the perfect duo for me to obsess over. 

i won’t post any art but i might post my fics. more like links to them but you get the idea.

Dazai !

Dazai is so terribly human that it’s hard to put it into words because he’s just so human. it makes sense why he and others would think he’s not but still. He’s so terribly human. 

I can’t really explain it but I’ll try. 

He’s an awful person. He uses people for his own gain. He hurts people and he refuses to be honest most of the time. He’s a scumbag liar and that’s what makes him so human. 

Humans are awful creatures.

There’s more to it but that’s the simplest way to explain. I don’t want to talk about the inner workings of his mind, i simply want to scratch the surface and be done with it because sometimes that’s all you need to do.

what is it with me and liking the most mischaracterized/misunderstood characters ever to exist ??

it’s not even a ‘i can fix them’ situation. i simply like slightly messed up characters.

i hate how mischaracterized he is because it’s not too hard to understand his character. He’s a man who went insane, but he never had ill intentions in the beginning. He became who he is due to the immense trauma and stress he was put through on a daily basis. 

Yes, he’s traumatized. He fought in a war, of course he is. Just because he tends to show the more negative side of it that can’t be romanticized, doesn’t mean he isn’t. 

I’d explain it in finer detail but I’m tired so I’ll just keep it short: he was a good man with good intentions, and you can’t deny that when the evidence is right in your face.
