So... When I was browsing through all the new campaign in the game, I found the Support ID section (the one with Mieu picture in it). What's the function of it and how do we use the code? Thanks! :3

Major edit: Upon further investigation, there are additional purposes to support IDs. The following are what I am currently aware of:

As proof of account ownership. When you contact support, they will be asking for your support ID instead of your player ID.

To claim promotional rewards. As of today, this includes the referral rewards and the “Eternally” campaign. You can claim them here if you have not done so yet.

Overall, the purposes of the support IDs seem to replace player ID as they are not public.
