GUYS
Sweet/Vicious is such an important show. It’s so unapologetic with how it goes into rape culture/sexual assault on college campuses. Seriously, guys, please go watch this show. While being serious it’s also hilarious and the two main girls are vigilantes on their college campus and take down the male students who got away with rape/sexual assault. There are other things to the plot, too, but that’s the main premise. It does show sexual assault in the show, so be mindful of that, but it has a warning before the episode. Anyway, Sweet/Vicious the show I’ve been waiting for and I hope everyone watches it.
Appreciation Post
You know what’s great? Sweet/Vicious. You know what’s underrated? Sweet/Vicious. Fuckin hell this show needs to be everywhere. It is so good at dealing with the very real issues of sexual assault/rape on college campuses and in general while at the same time being an enjoyable thing to watch, funny and non-sensationalist. I highly encourage everyone to check it out.

Chanel Oberlin is the epitome of a Leo.
This is kinda comical and kinda sad, but it’s still a real thing that I see everywhere
I always feel like the mentally ill, including myself, are all competing against each other to see who has it the worst. Like, “oh, so you have anxiety? Well I got clinical depression, BITCH”. Then the next person is like, “but how many times have you tried to kill yourself, cause I got 2 suicide attempts under my belt *drops mic* ”. It goes on and on, people mentioning what meds they’re on, how much more they wanna die than the next, and I always feel like chiming in with my little, “well I’m schizophrenic, depressed af, on this drug and this drug, have childhood trauma, unrelenting delusions, hallucinations and homicidal ideation, 2 involuntary hospitalizations, blah blah…” and whatever the fuck else people want to hear about in this one-upping contest of mental illness and darkness. It’s just weird, I feel the need to do it as well. It feels like we’re all searching for further validation of our illnesses and struggles, all by invalidating the last person who we judge to have a better overall quality of life than us. There’s always going to be people struggling in the world, and there’s always going to be this little fucked up contest, but what does it really mean? I think it’s just adding to the sadness and negativity of the world, yet I still always compare my resume of darkness to the next person.
Just some weird commentary on this odd validation we seem to seek by invalidating others.
PREACH
Adult: Teenagers never discuss anything of importance
Teenager: *discusses politics, race, body positivity, equality, etc.*
Adult: oh shut up you're a teenager, what do you know?
I fall in love with musicians personalities. I love musicians perspective on things and how they can express their feelings and emotions through art. I love the way they create to inspire, and how they can build up groups of persons that love what they do. I also love how musicians love the people that adore them and how much they actually care about them. I want to be the musician.
I love so many more musicians but i couldn’t fit them in the photoset (also, i would’ve gone with a full pic of the 1975 but i couldn’t find a good one so its just matty, but george, adam and ross is also very important okay)
love u lots x
