Can I just say that I love your blog? I mean really. I feel the exact same things and it's nice to know that someone out there feels this pain too.. and "unrequited like" oh my gosh. Genius. My favorite term because it's just so perfect, you know? <3

I'm glad that you (and hopefully others!) understand this, and that it's as relatable as I'd originally hoped. I think "unrequited like" is a good way of putting it. I've never liked the term "unrequited love," because (at least in my POV) real love is a two way street, but romantic feelings aren't necessarily. If you ever want a letter out here, feel free to submit it or send it as a question! The blog's at a sort of dead point right now, just out of my having a crush on someone who lives 500+ miles away from you. I love hearing from anyone who follows or tracks the blog though!!

I agree. If I wanted to like him, I wouldn't be here.

I haven't said a word to him or to his girlfriend (who doesn't know me). This blog is how I rant and get out my feelings without letting him or anyone else catch on. I don't want to feel this way, and I don't have any ill feelings toward him or his girlfriend, whether or not you believe me. I've never met her, but she seems perfect for him and I'm not going to mess with that. He's also one of my closest friends, and I'm not willing to risk that for a stupid crush. However, I need some outlet, and where I can't find any humans, I turn to this blog. 

I'm sorry if you think I've shown any ill will toward his girlfriend--that was never my intention. I just have a lot of emotions that have no other outlet, so that's really how this was born, and I know a lot of people feel the same as me, so I figured I'd open it up to others as well.

Comparisons hurt, you know, and it is possible to go an entire sentence without mentioning your girlfriend. This is probably petty and dumb, but I feel like every good quality you think I have, so does she, but any time we disagree, you have to say, "You know who agrees with me? _____!"
