As someone who watched Avatar the Last Airbender religiously as a child…

Don’t be upset that people are “only watching it” because it’s now on Netflix. It’s a phenomenal show that should be experienced by everyone. I believe that anyone who has children right now should have them watch this amazing show. 

It teaches you the power of a mother’s love, friendship, that everyone will go through grief and regret and it’s okay to feel angry and upset, to let go of toxic masculinity, to forgive yourself, that your past does not define you, and find your inner self.
