people need to chill about this EA/DICE battlefront 2 thing because really who gives a shit, bad games come and go just dont buy them. i dont get why the internet needs to cry like babies about every bad game, just buy something else.

it’s a bad precedent, man.

it’s gating off progression artificially through grind or microtransactions.

you’re right in that bad games come and go but let’s be real.

this is about a hell of a lot more than just EA, Star Wars, DICE’s Battlefront series and the quality and lacking aspects of it.

it’s about the slow transformation of games being something you own against this idea of Games As A Service.

it’s about lootboxes preying on people with poor impulse control, and yes, minors.

it’s about a bunch of free to play mobile game business models leaking into full priced gaming.

so with all due respect, I intensely disagree with what you say and would even argue that you’re part of the problem.

Super easy world creator!

I was looking for an easy map creator that makes beautiful maps for a while now to make a visually stunning map to go along with my book. And now, after such a long search i have finally found one that suits my needs! Because i like it so much, i thought i’d share it with you guys! Just go to inkarnate.com and start creating! I have to warn you though, it is still in beta so a lot still needs to be added, but already it looks great and is easy to use!

I mean just look how beautiful some of these maps are!

And it is so much fun too! Someone even created a game of thrones map that is simply amazing!
