the whole thing with kim kardashian being gifted MARILYN'S HAIR (and saying she will sleep with it?) and wearing her dress to the met gala despite literally not fitting into it (while boasting about starving herself for it) is so disgusting and upsetting and a complete slap to marilyn's legacy and everything she strived for. decades after her death and she is still treated as an object and a commodity for other rich people. she didnt get the respect she deserved when she was alive and shes still not getting it now. its almost like people idealised her to the point of forgetting that she was a real person with dignity and feelings and just see her as product (again) now...
