July 24th, 2026. Tasks done today were more physical than mental, though I was able to squeeze in a 'study break'. On that note, it's time to turn in our projects for the assessment... I'm not finished yet ahhh (T_T). My prof is a pretty nice person, and I can tell he cares a lot about his students - not many of those nowadays w - but I don't want to take it for granted. I'll sacrifice some (more)sleep so I can turn it in tomorrow.

July 23rd, 2026. Tired. Spent most of my time in work/class today. Now I just want to cozy up in bed and do nothing till tomorrow. That probably won't happen though. I have research to get on... If I can get a response soon. I'm starting to worry a bit, but I know it'll be fine. It always is.

Everyone keeps talking about The Odyssey movie, so even though I'm not really a movie person, I think I'll watch it. However, I haven't read the book yet - it's just sitting on my shelf for future purposes ww. I want to read the book first so I'll set it as my next book of the month. Maybe I might get to watch the movie in September or so. Hopefully I don't get spoiled before then... But I think I will orz.

July 22nd, 2026. Keeping up with one of my favourite yt vloggers and trying to finish my book of the month this time. Perhaps I'll do a review at the end of July... If I can recall what I've read enough to actually write a review ah.

July 20th, 2026. Not a bad start for the week. My feet hurt from walking so much, but at least this means I got my steps in. Also, I wish there was a library around me that stays open at night. The uni lib is usually pretty full, plus I don't live on campus so it's quite inconvenient ah. Maybe I should've just agreed to stay in the studio instead orz.

July 19, 2026. Did a little bit of resting, a lil bit of playing, and a tad bit of work (mostly finishing up the assignment I started yesterday, so it was nothing much). I'm thinking of having side blogs for my passion projects, and maybe other stuff I'm into. Decisions decisions.

July 18th, 2026. A fairly productive and just as restful day (if that's correct grammar). Took the time to clean up my space amongst other things and even my mind seems cleaner now. Worth it. I've also gotten started on my french learning journey. Thankfully, knowledge from the classes I had back in middle school haven't vanished into thin air w. Overall, I can feel myself getting back on my feet; looking forward to a productive week ahead.

July 17th, 2026. Spent most of my time at the hair stylist today, so I at least accomplished looking more put together, I guess? Took a walk on the way back home and picked up a nice little leaf to add to my collection. Now, I'll rest for a bit then make a quick call before getting started on the project due Monday.

I've been meaning to learn french for a long while now. I think it's time to start. I'll test the waters for three months first to see how it goes. Goodluck to me !

Imagine your subconscious gradually being conditioned to associate a person with the feeling of anxiety. For years. To the point where it becomes instinct. The very thought of speaking to them triggers a suffocating feeling in your chest, even when you're on good terms.

How do you both reverse that? Is such a thing even reversible?

July 16th, 2026. I still didn't focus much in class today... Sigh. That honours degree starting to look a bit blurry lol. Okay, not really. This is just a little slump I'll climb out of. Moving on. I did a little doodling and took a nice walk, but at the end, I'm chuck full of green tea and a cold mess rn. Fortunately my Fridays are mostly free and I work from home. I'll do important stuff tomorrow - this looks familiar. On a side note, I've been replaying evans' cover the whole day and turning it into my ringtone now. He's so talented. Wishing him all the best.

July 15, 2026. Didn't get much done during the day, but will try to make up for it tonight. Try being the keyword here - sort of lost my game these past few weeks, so I aim to use this whole week to pull myself together. Slow steps. Still dealing with random bouts of sourceless anxiety though; I don't know if I can ever rid myself of these tbh. But it doesn't matter. I am not what I feel, so I'll let it hover around then pass on. Overall, it was an 'okay-ish' day, and that's fine with me.
