Guani has moved five years ago to the port city of Jingngon (映岸) and has lived rather uneventfully. He has a stable job, a place to live, but no lover in sight and no other goal in life. Perfectly satisfied with each monotonous day, ending it with feeding into his fantasies.
In another uneventful day, his boss has tasked him to deliver to the most popular Spirit in town. A certain Spirit who Guani has dubbed 'Heartbreak Ghost'. An easy job to most, but for Guani something slowly changes in him... He's hungry?

Next, our plans:
We're planning to finish Have You Eaten Yet? first, being a prequel and a bit more focused and easier than Lucky Tendency. It helps us focus a bit more on the world we've created before showing it in Lucky Tendency.
HYEY? is not a direct prequel, but just takes place in the same world years before LT. Think 70s era for HYEY? and Y2k for LT. HYEY? started as a story I (Gayun) was writing for GM but we decided to expand it to be something we both work on. We plan to post chapters for HYEY? sometime beginning of next year and it should end in the same year or next (hopefully).
We'll be posting more of the three main characters Guani, Heartbreak Ghost and Manao in the upcoming weeks along with our LT characters!
hi, I’m the artist behind this account. suffice to say ive been dealing with ongoing health issues which has back tracked any progress on our stories. not say either of us have given up, but it’s been a journey longer then anticipated. we have lots of plans for the future, having continually worked on the LT world in the background. for me, im hoping to start streaming soon so hopefully I can announce more with that, if anyone’s interested in watching me draw.

Just realized the renewal date for the site hosting passed so it's down lmao. Will put it back up once we have HYEY? ready and the new site design. We're also moving the date for HYEY? release but we'll have a concrete date soon-ish. Still aiming for 2025.
I'm just about at the point in Have You Eaten Yet? as I was in 2023 (at least in word count) before I scrapped it all to spend most of 2024 coming up with a new plot and a new title. The previous version was more of a things sort of happen story vs what I actually wanted for these three characters. So I took those three and placed them in a nightmare situation - "have you eaten yet?" becoming the theme of the story... like this part.
