It is set in frostfall city, the place where Steven decides to start his new life. He works in a flower shop, (the owner is the lady in the last page)

Garnet is two souls on the brink of being merged into 1, fused by Rose. Both Pearl and Garnet can reverse it now. Ruby and Sapphire had been seeing eachother, Sapphire an aristocrat and Ruby her solemn body guard. After war broke out on the Pink Princess' death, they found solace with Rose and Pearl, fusing soon thereafter. She specializes in prophetic visions, and elemental magic

Amethyst was found after the Diamond's Authoritative Government sent fleets to raid her village as a young teen and she grew up in the wilderness alone, she was also taken by Rose and taught how to use magic. She specializes in shapeshifting magic.

All of them still hold their gem through jewelry, Steven has the gem in his staff and one embedded in his naval. They hold their Mana and make it easier to use. :3
