The music. It’s always the loud m u s i c that seeps through Cassie’s ears and threatens to grasp at whatever sanity remains. HOWL was unexpectedly busy for a weekday, and despite the efforts she had placed in for her family, her patience seemed to wear thin. The neon lights danced around the room, her eyes blinking ever-so-often to adjust. Of course, the youngest Davenport sought to do whatever she could to help her family, including picking up shifts every now and then — but she had grown somewhat bored of the scene. As the person approached the bar, Cassie rolled her eyes without even looking up. “Whatever it is you want, we’re out of it.” Her tone being exactly the opposite of customer friendly.
