I try to avoid that "fandom" on social media in general, it's bizarre as hell. I said this before but there's a difference between being interested in the morbidity of the human mind and romanticising/sexualising those absolute weirdos.

I can't even post on this blog much anymore because the shit I see posted about Luigi actually makes me feel unwell and I hope he never has to see any of this garbage.

Saying you're "irritated" or "annoyed" about his clear-from-the-start centrist views is pathetic and it makes your support for him look embarrassing for those who actually care about what happens to that man.

I've seen people say they hoped that incarceration would change his views to match their brand of politics and it's so crazy to me, like why are you following a political prisoner in hopes he would do that ? Why are you disappointed that he isn't your little puppet and has a mind of his own.

No yeah, for real, nonnie. It's insane to me how much some people look at him and hope he's the next coming of whatever. He's just a guy. A guy who has been and is in a bad place.

His twitter was the first thing everyone saw and if his posts and retweets on there doesn't tell you how he views politics then I don't know what will. He's very clear about it.

Also, he's been in prison since Trump has been re-elected. He has little to no idea what is happening outside of his four walls. The only information he's getting is through his lawyers and his mail.

People have to do better. We support Luigi regardless because he's the face of a hero that anyone from any political party can agree on.
