the world has gone to shit

everything around me on so many levels is just a flaming pile of garbage right now. there’s students from my school who are tone-deaf, unwilling to educate themselves, that lock themselves away from the injustice thats happening right now, spreading more hate and more racism, who’s also just a nasty piece of shit who objectifies women, theres shops that even amidst all the terror that black people feel, think that losing a tip jar of maybe like 10? 15$ is such a big deal and posts more anti-black shit on their facebook, (also these owners are white people who own a boba shop which is east asian so like i feel like thats already highkey questionable). damn i wanted to stan this place so bad since its one of the few quality tea places by my school, but unless they fix themselves, apologize, and take action in protecting black lives, just cancel them. i also can’t imagine what it must be like to have to worry about your s/o unable to come back to the us because of visa issues and having to think so far in advance about marriage and future. oh and acab. i so badly wanted to believe that there are some good policemen out there, but i can’t anymore/ seeing lapd shoot down teens for being outside “past curfew” (which mind u is fucking 8 pm like some people have work until this time), seeing police use excessive force against frail women, DENYING insulin to a diabetic teenager and LAUGHING in her face since they were out “past curfew” is so sickening. as most privileged whites have 9-5 jobs this curfew does not affect that as much as poc who more often have night shifts which obviously means curfew would catch them out. everything is sickening. oh and asian parents WAKE THE FUCK UP. stop thinking that black people are the ones that are putting your lives in danger when its the fucking whites that divide the minorities and watch us fight each other like a puppetmaster. by not realizing this you are playing right into their hands because you are spineless, have no backbone, and can’t thikn for yourselves. wake up, talk to your children, realize that until black lives are safe, none of us are safe.
