Day 2.
I have proyects.
It happened overnight.
I made lists. I always make lists when i start feeling motivated. They help me remember. It feels ok, writing things down, and it helps me make some sense out of the overwhelming sensation of having too much to do.
The final arrengements are getting done. May 4 is the date. Five days of unknown and unexpected exercises or performances, living the journey through with a group of yet unknown people. I don't really know anything else. But I know Matt. And he knows me. And i trust his judgement. I think that´s enough.
What else would i be doing this for?
And this time, something's diferent. There is a new factor with the potential of changing every result. This time, I am not alone.
The power of imagination makes us infinite.
Everything you see in me is not mine, it's yours. Mine is what I see in you...
"Let me call you."
Today was just like any other day.
But it wasn´t.
I don't usually answer phone calls. I don't really like them. Today, I didn't get the chance to think of an excuse. Today i was a bong hit away from having to be ready for a friendly phone call.
Now, if you knew me, you would know this is quite a big deal for me. I never got used to making or receiving calls. I think it is a problem a whole generation can relate to.
So, it wasn't an ordinary call. It was a helping hand. How often do you have someone to call you on the phone to let you know you're not alone?
The funny part is, I only now see how lonely it was up until now. I now realize that i carry the weight of my whole world on my shoulders, when, actually, there must be something different happening this time, because the air feels like it.
I don't usually answer phone calls, but this time i had to say yes. Because i knew it was gonna be a significant one. I already had an idea of what it would be about.
We talked about it, the other night, when the three of us met, after quite a long time. The last time we were together, we were still highschool kids.
