It was finally time to reveal the culprit. It was all going according to plan. The voting was done - Momota was voted as the blackened. With the press of a button the exisal opened. As they deduced it, Momota was the one who stepped out. Clad only in his normal t-shirt, he grinned at the survivors.

“It’s the Luminary of the Stars, Momota Kaito!”

They stared at him. It was unbelievable to think that Momota could kill anyone, even if it is Ouma. Harukawa’s face softened at the sight of him, while Saihara looked relieved. He’s a lot more confident in himself, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t glad to know he was right. Still standing on the exisal, Momota studied their reactions. His eyes found Monokuma and before anyone coud react, he continued.

“Not only me, though.”

Confusion slipped on his classmates’ faces. Monokuma’s eyes narrowed, as much it’s possible for a robotic teddy bear. The Astronaut let his eyes fall to his side. He raised his hand in a fist. Suddenly a smaller fist came up to meet him. Bumping their fists together, Ouma appeared beside his partner. Smirking sharply, Ouma locked eyes with Monokuma, wearing Momota’s shirt.

“It’s a lie.”

Okay but imagine. Oumota relationship and Ouma constantly teases Kaito over his goatee. And at some point Kaito's like "Youre just jealous cause u got a face as smooth as a baby butt" and it's on. Ouma refuses to shave. And granted he doesn't need to. At first. But after like 3 weeks you can see... Very faintly... Stubles. And after around 2 months he looks like a normal guy that hasnt shaved for a week and it's awful. And Kaito cannot deal with it. But now Ouma refuses to shave.

Yup. Accurate. That’s just how their relationship be sometimes.

Ouma Kokichi from dangan ronpa V3 HATES pedos!!

He’s done a lot of things, but he would never stoop so low as to think about hurting a child!! He’d send anyone he could after a pedo to give them the punishment they deserve!

If you had to pick three people out of v3 (besides Himiko, Maki, and Shuichi) to be survivors, who would these three be?

Cliche as it is I’d have to go for the ‘tried to stop the mastermind trio’ of Kaede, Kokichi and Rantaro. They were the ones that actively tried to do something so they should have been rewarded for their efforts with their survival.

Kaede was done so dirty by canon, being used just for Saihara’s development so I think she deserves survival and in a lot of ‘Kaede lives AU’s’ like three point shot she’s reduced to Shuichi’s love interest. ITMLFY is the only fic that really does treat her with respect and Kaede needs to survive because she’s an amazing character and person not so that Shuichi doesn’t lose his girlfriend.

Rantaro has already participated in another killing game in V2 and sacrificed himself for his friends and him being stuck in danganronpa’s cycle means that if he was one of the ones to end it, it would be far more impactful than any other character because it would show him not making the same sacrifices and freeing himself from the people who tortured him for so long.

Kokichi deserved to live because he literally did more than anyone else combined to end the killing game, he literally worked himself to death for people who literally wouldn’t be bothered to help him up when they find him bleeding on the ground that fact that he deserved to live isn’t an opinion it is a fact.

Shuichi, this isn’t even me disliking his character this is me wondering how the fuck no one tried to kill the detective they knew was a detective that usually solved the trials. Literally, Kirumi what the fuck where you doing, Miu I’ll give a pass because she never underestimated Kokichi but Kirumi shouldn’t have gone after who she thought was easiest to kill but who would be the biggest obstacle in a class trial, how the fuck did she not kill him?
