I’ve lot almost 4kg is the past week and 1/2 despite how hard my choices have been. It’s making me realize that I need to keep my eye on the prize. Manifest what you want and you /will/ succeed.

I burned almost 1300 calories which burned off more than I ate today. I know that I’m the only thing stopping me from what I want. I need to learn control. What helps y’all when you feel like autopilot takes over and stops your progress? I just need to remember that this month’s choices is next months body. Happy February everyone ♥️

I stopped my diet since the outing at the restaurant. And every single day since then the house has been filled with passive aggression and little remarks. Another person in the house is on the same diet and loudly boasting about how much weight they’ve lost. And talking about how happy it makes them. I’m sitting in the bathroom debating whether or not to shove my fingers down my throat.
