I just got a pc AND two monitors 😩 used my savings on it but couldn’t care less. I now have a TB of space and It runs all my games so smooth; Overwatch feels like frolicking in a field and RE is like slicing butter.
Speaking of OW I bought the Hello Kitty skins AND the new ones I don’t even remember the name of just because I liked the Vendetta skin 😭
Also my boyfriend just left after being here virtually a month and I miss him ☹️ but I’ll see him in a week on Sunday when I go to New York
Watching the Fallout show in real time as the episodes come out is like being shot with a rifle 4890 times. My boyfriend and I wait every day for the episode to drop on Wednesday and then we watch it and wish we had more
I have decided to read a book every month of the year.
I have tons of books (and hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars worth) that I just haven’t read yet. I think a part of my issue is that I get too excited about them, so I withdraw in hopes that the excitement gets too much… then I forget about them.
I also need to clean the top row of my bookcase of all my stuffed animals to fit all my new additions because they’re just stacked up on my main table lmfaoo
I’ve also been buying banned books (or ones they want to ban lol) just out of spite and curiosity. I’ve read almost all of the main ones now.
I love books so much and I get addicted to reading. It’s like my own movie in my head that I get to produce and direct. I just finished The Bees because I literally could not get enough of it.
Games I bought for the steam winter sale and have actively been playing with ratings because I can.
Darkwood - Love the story, am eating the plot. The controls are a tad weird but they’re not hard to learn. The sounds are terrifying. The combat mechanics make it not so easy to kill things, but the game is not meant to be easy, it even states it’s an unforgiving game. 100/10 the only reason it would go lower is because of the save mechanic being a once an in-game day thing.
Terraria - I feel like this one is a staple in all gaming accounts, everyone has it eventually. This is the second time I’ve purchased this game, the first time being on my Xbox in 2018. I like it, I’m terrible at these kinds of survival games so the mistakes are my fault LOL. I give it a 8/10, the soundtrack goes crazy.
Papers, Please - While I already know most of what goes on in this game, I bought it so I could try and explore it on my own. I love choice-based story games like this one, in fact, this was the game to introduce me to this genre. I love the characters, the options, the moral dilemmas, my hyperfixation being on history doesn’t help this situation. But I give this game a 10/10, simply because it would be incorrect if I gave it anything lower.
Skyrim: TESV - I don’t have to really say anything about this game, it’s truly a classic. I got my first copy on the Xbox 360 during Christmas when I was 12. Years later and it’s still a hit. 1000000/10 and everyone already knows why.
Far Cry: Primal - By far one of my favorite Far Cry games, though I’ve never really been a Far Cry fan. I like the story of this one, the characters, and the animals you can tame, though the mechanics make me grind my teeth. 7.5/10
Shadows of Doubt - THIS GAME IS AWESOME. Though, I did have issues with it refusing to open to the main screen so I had to open it with admin. The game itself is thought-provoking, refreshing, and honestly super fucking fun. It took me about 3 restarts to solve a murder and now I’m stuck trying to find a place called Canary Pharmaceuticals. Tempted to just explode it with my mind but I can’t. I got chased down by a bunch of civilians because I was accused of following this lady around in game when I was just looking for a diner called ‘The Raven’. Anyways, game is a solid 1000000000/10, if you haven’t tried it, please do.
60 Seconds - Old game but I genuinely enjoyed playing it. The survival part is the best mechanic, I love learning the story and the funny tidbits. 10/10
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora - I’ve had this game for little over a week, I forced my boyfriend to buy it also so he can play with me. I love the visuals, the characters, my only issue is that my pc has issues with the graphics but my pc has issues with all Ubisoft games, so that’s not surprising. 100000/10 again, because I love my Na’vi
Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator - Bought this because I saw Jerma play it way back when, I love the little mechanics and the way it makes my brain think. 9/10

Had to take Ash to the vet because he was sleeping all day and wouldn’t go pee. I take him to the vet, vet says maybe UTI, I set an appointment for tomorrow to run all the tests when I get home, $150 later, he gets out of his box, he is happy and fine and wants to have treats! I’m still taking his stupid ass to the vet, I love him and his genetics aren’t his fault but bro you cost so much money

I’m reading the book of one of my pivotal movies growing up (Memoirs of a Geisha) for the second time because the movie doesn’t genuinely explain enough. I wish they copied pasted it on the big screen because some things need to be mentioned like Sayuri’s AGE like I believe she’s 16 when she does the dance. They NEVER mention it past us learning she’s year of the Rooster in the first 15 minutes.
Let’s not even get into how much more polished and real the relationships between characters feel.
We also learn that Mameha isn’t the angel we see in the movie, there’s a reason why her and Hatsumomo were rivals. Mameha is SO MUCH BETTER IN THE BOOK, though I love her so so so much in the movie.
I want to do a full annotation of this book vs the movie so bad. Both are amazing but once you read the book, you never watch the movie the same 💔
I’ve been addicted to collecting Pokémon for YEARS. I’ve been collecting the cards since 2016 after watching Black & White. I was literally OBSESSED with the show, I was super in love with Colress. I had and have bad taste 😓 I pirated Black & White long ago before Nintendo put in the anti-cheat that makes it so you can’t level up your Pokémon from their original level, basically blocking progress.
Now I need to buy a DS and get the game on eBay 😭 (pls release all the older games on switch, Nintendo, please)
