That super depressing moment when you realize that you're stuck in nanaimo until june and your boyfriend will most likely go straight into forestry firefighting after his school ends in february which means even more time apart.... possibly 4-6 more months... I want to die right now.

today marks three weeks of quitting smoking. I had a slip up the other night while drinking at a fire and had one smoke but other than that nothing. I also haven’t really been drinking as much anymore which I am happy about. It use to be every weekend, and once or twice a week. A bottle of wine here, a 6 pack there. I can honestly say I am noticing a difference in how I feel. I feel great, life is turning around. Got my finances all sorted, and I have a... I actually can’t even explain how amazing, but an AMAZING man in my life. I’m ridiculously happy. Excited to see where the next few months take us.
