preview: flowerdeep fields

this is a love letter to all the sapphic literature i have been obsessed with. i also began coding this skin during my hiatus. it is a spacious, airy semi-contained skin with auto scroll-to-top, dark mode, and skip header buttons incorporated at the corners. the header incorporates a prompt/inspiration generator, modal user navigation, board links, latest registered user that corresponds with member group colour, and active topics. stay tuned for more previews. in the meantime - send me your vote on anon if this skin should be unlimited, multi, or single sale!

preview: telepatia

this is a little teaser of a skin that i coded during my hiatus. this skin is very minimalist. the dark colour blocking contrasts with the white that makes any gradient look stellar. the screengrab is of a contained skin with a full width header. the header incorporates one image, infinite amount of links, prompt generator, active topics, and last registered user.  the skin will be an unlimited sale. for further details regarding my sales, check out my services page.

preview update: illicit affairs

a quick preview update of the topic row of illicit affairs! the topic row layout is a unique gridded orientation that allows a maximum of three topics displayed in one row at a time. odd-numbered topics flex to fill the space evenly and automatically expand/collapse with topic descriptions and longer titles.

preview: illicit affairs i wanted to share a quick little preview of another passion project i’ve been working on, illicit affairs. it is a spacious, full-width skin with a modal user navigation, auto scroll-to-top, dark mode, and skip header buttons incorporated at the corners. the header incorporates the active topics, online lists (tabbed) and welcome to the last registered member. the forum row can be flexibly utilized with or without descriptions, and incorporates the last poster’s group color into the last post preview section. the post view incorporates a banner and space for moodboard images.

preview update: tap in

a quick index update on my upcoming premade, tap in! i’ve made some changes to the header information and created the forum row and categories. some cool features i’m excited to be able to provide with this skin so far have been a header pin function (allows members to keep the header skipped so that you don’t have to scroll past it each time you refresh), a dark mode, collapsed classes (this is a jcink feature, but i’m excited to be able to keep it in the skin so that those who need a more slimmed down index can enjoy that), flexible forum rows (forums will max out at three horizontally and automatically resize themselves with no input required from the user if there are is an odd number of forums left over), and color-changing forums (forums change color scheme based on the membergroup of the last poster to keep the index fresh and bright)! this skin is designed to look best with gradient membergroups and is contained but coded flexibly to be as visible as possible on smaller screen ratios. i’m really looking forward to sharing more with all of you and cannot wait to debut this work in full!

as promised, a sneak peak of the first piece of premade content that will be available soon! it will be a multi-sale release skin and is one of my favorite pieces i have been able to work on! most importantly, a portion of the proceeds from this skin will be donated in support of the blacklivesmatter movement. diversity in the roleplay community is and always has been its best quality, and to this end, i will be stipulating with all sales of this skin that any default board imagery on all usage of this skin must not be whitewashed and must remain specifically of black individuals. representation in artistic media is one of the most important things creators can contribute, and i cannot wait to share this full project with all of you!

hello friends! 🌸 it has been a while since i have been in a healthy place to be able to update here at luna codes, but i wanted to take the time to let you all know of a few changes i will be making as i plan to update and refresh the blog. i have tried to be continuously committed to transparency and keep communication ongoing as my abilities allow.

as i previously posted, i have unfortunately had some unforeseen health problems come up this year and am still in the middle of receiving a diagnosis and starting treatments for different things. this has made my daily schedule, life, and energy variable and means that working on a commission basis for coding needs is just not currently possible for me. for those on my waitlist, i appreciate that you have been with me thus far and all your patience. the decision to close commissions is not permanent and i look forward to being fully able to work with some of your amazing site concepts and ideas again! the decision to close commissions is not permanent and i look forward to being fully able to work with some of your amazing site concepts and ideas again! despite this change in my offerings, luna codes will not be closing! i will be transitioning to premade-only coding content in order to offset the cost of the health-related things, and will be releasing some of this content very soon, so please do keep me in mind for any of those needs. i will be offering graphics commissions still on a limited basis. i'll update with announcements and previews of the things i am working on at various times and will make everything available from my blog. luna codes is getting a visual refresh and has had all written content updated to include new information about my premades and coding schedule. if you have any trouble finding things, please don't hesitate to send me a dm or a friend request on discord! as always, i'm very happy to answer questions or concerns or just say hello to you all. i have appreciated your love and support and am looking forward to being able to release some exciting things again with these new adjustments. with very much love,  luna 💜
