Cosplayer nightmares
Nightmare 1#
I had a terrible nightmare last night.
I dreamt I was at a con and no one was cosplaying or talking to each other. Just a bunch of people walking around trying to avoid eye contact or any kind of social interaction.
Nightmare 2#
I was rushing to finish my costume the night before the con and as I walked out of my room to clean my paint brushes, I ended up at the con. In my paint stained, bum looking, thread covered sweat pants and oversized T-shirt. I looked like a hot mess as everyone stared at me. I turned around to try to go back but there was only a wall there.

I dreamt I actually finished my cosplays on time but then I woke up and realized everything was still in the Joann fabrics bag...

Completely forgot my entire costume at home.

Someone spills some stuff on my satin Cosplay and I kill them. Then it turned into grand theft auto as I tried to avoid the cops while in a blood stained Cosplay...this dream was actually cool except I drowned at the end.

I forgot how to sew and my sewing machine tried to kill me (this one was weird as hell)

I was going through my old Cosplay box and I found my Naruto headband and got a terrible idea. I thought it would be fun to dress up my dog Coco as a "Ninken" or Ninja Hound like Kakashi's dog Pakkun. I need to make a Cosplay to go with this now. Cosplay is for everyone including animals that can't say "Don't put that on me!" XD

Alright, babies. I’ve never heard of this anime before today, and judging by the trailer’s views, neither have a lot of anime lovers. Reasons why everyone should watch it right now:
The main protagonists are a fine as hell lady of color and her mixed daughter
The main antagonist is a super fabulous woman of color, in an actual position of power, who rocks natural hair like a boss
 Michiko, the main character, is canonically bi and not a single fuck is given
The art is fucking perfect
There is an actual coherent and complex plot
All the main characters have a billion different costumes and they are all super cosplay worthy
There are two full seasons, both of which are already out~
The show is called Michiko & Hatchin and the first episode of the English Dub can be found in full right HERE.
The second is HERE. The third episode is right HERE. And the whole seasons are available on Funimation and Amazon.
WHOA, YES! You are doing yourself a huge disservice as an anime fan if you don’t give this show it’s fair shake. I marathonned all 22 episodes in one shot, I just could not put it down.
This anime has been in my top 5 since I’ve seen it 6 years ago and I’m forever surprised not many people know anything about it. Seriously WATCH THIS ANIME for all the above reasons!  Just give it a shot and see if you like it :D
