dandeliicns, rosalie.
Truth be told, Rosalie enjoyed Ana’s company whenever she would show up. It was rare they two saw each other; but when they did meet up, Rosalie was extremely happy. She found Ana the most interesting person ( aside from Hayley and Hope ) that she ever came across. Another werewolf in her life, she was still getting used to it, but it didn’t stop her from treating Ana like she was any other person. A friend.Â
It took some convincing, but Rosalie was able to bring Ana with her for a nice day in the park. Central Park was big enough that they could have some privacy and talk if they needed to, and adding to that; the weather was beautiful. Times like this, Rosalie took full advantage of being outside, dressed in a simple floral patterned summer dress ( a gift from the famous not so famous Arden Harris ), with black flats and a book in hand. The two women sat by a near by tree, the sun wasn’t shinning on them, but Rosalie could still the the suns rays beating down on her skin. Smiling softly, she turns the page in her book ( this week it was Alice in Wonderland, a leather back edition ). Glancing up, she parts her lips to speak, ❝ So, how are you liking your book? ❞ She asks with a small head tilt as her hazel hues watch her friend. ❝ do you have a favorite character yet? ❞ // @lunaersoul plotted starter ♥
“ uh, well... ” ana ran a hand up the back of her neck awkwardly, scratching at the skin there. how on earth was she supposed to broach this topic? she reaches up to rub at her nose, shrugging a little now at her current predicament. Â
there truly was no point in hiding it, not with her on the spot. she had taken the book, had stashed it away in her bag and tried to get through it but sometimes the words became one and other times she found herself staring blankly at the pages. “  i’m not... the best reader actually. ”
she made an attempt, she’d tried     it wasn’t as if there were many classes for wayward wolves out in the world. ana cleared her throat, smiling at her company. she had let her guard down enough to meet with rosalie more than once, her comfort zone be damned, but she hadn’t divulged everything about herself.  “     sorry, i guess i’m not the best book club company. ”
