explanation for each contestants animal in order: Stevie - mouse: she sniffed out the cheese in extraordinary time (though it was somewhat overshadowed...) and when she put her hair into buns they looked a bit like mouse ears

Jason - raccoon: he's a mischievous guy with a violent streak, but also clever and quick

Mat - deer: in ep 4 when he runs away from Fatiha, Jason says he was like a "fawn that had been scared"

and then for Fatiha and Rosie, I just thought it'd suit them :)
