OMG New Intro cause i forgot to update when my birph day hit MEOWDY! Im Winter a 24 year old Polytherian! Types: Tundra/Arctic Wolf (questioning werewolf?) Any type of black cat, and Amur leopard Gen Info: I go by She/Her but I use Wolf or Wolfo alot when addressing myself. Ive been awoken since 2011 with multiple shifts in types as I have slowly been finding myself. Im still very shitty at blog posting on here so don't expect much out of me if you follow LOL I own multiple half masks mainly to hide my face, I do not count my half masks as gear. I DO OWN multiple taxidermy items i count as gear Ie: Alot of fox tails, a Wolf paw pouch. Still trying to play catch up with terms and learning things so if i ever make a mistake I do not mind others pinning me to the right direction of help! Im also apart of the furry fandom, and im also a Vtuber who streams on twitch playing games as a part time job (on top of me being in retail). Im also a baby witch so I will also post some witchy stuff on this blog as well...

HEY! I Dont normally make post like this, and probably never will after this one. But if you would like to kickstart my pack being able to make videos again i made a throne consist of just things to get me and my pack. I kept the 2 cameras id like to get for the pack are the pinned one and the one next to it! > https://throne.com/lunarcanine < Our youtube will probably be inactive till the weather stop getting bad (weather and temp wise) Plus some ghosting issues with some of my pack mates, but when we get the chance to get up and going again ill be sure to make some videos. So far my tiktok & instagram is the only thing active, and even then tiktok is just for my shit posting as it gets more attention. Ive been trying to get back into journal posting inbetween my work and everything but i do not have any photos at all as i work 80% of the week and use my days off to clean the house + my room >:/ But im hoping this summer or when this spring calms down a bit i can take my pack mate and her boyfriend out for some walks and take some photos

As a wolf, female is just what I am. There’s no thought or performance attached to it.

Growing up, I knew I was female, but I was what many would call a tomboy. Not because I rejected femininity, but because performing gender was never an instinct I had.

Being a wolf clarified this for me. She-wolves don’t perform being female, they just are. That’s always been the case for me, too, and having the language for it makes me feel more comfortable in what has already been true.

Femininity as a human social construct is a completely separate thing that I can engage with or not on my own terms, when I want, because I want to.

the urge to expand my pack more to more local therians but at the same time were all 21+ and we have really bad trust issues after our 2016 pack disbanded due to 2 of the "members" only wanted to join to get us bullied at school more :') Maybe one day or maybe when i move to Jersey ill see about it, but im not too sure anymore cause i dont wanna get fucked over again BEH

Reminders:

You don't need to do quadrobics to be a valid therian.

You don't need to wear gear to be a valid therian.

You don't need to look a certain way, or be a certain gender/body type/ethnicity to be a valid therian.

You don't need to be able-bodied to be a valid therian.

You don't need to be open about all your experiences to validify your identity.

You dont need to know what your identity is right away to be valid.

You don't need to fit a certain aesthetic to be a therian.

You don't need to be a kid/minor to be a valid therian. (Adult therians exist and are the pillars of the community).

You don't need to live in the forest or be in nature 24/7 to be a valid therian.(Especially working adults and students and city folks.)

You don't need to be active in the community to be a therian.

You don't need to be a dog or a cat to fit in the community.

You don't need to know the origin/cause of your identity to be a valid therian.

You don't need to know if its spiritual or psychological to be a valid therian.

You don't need to be perfect.

None of these are requirements to be a valid therianthrope.

There is so much pressure to look a certain way, or to engage in specific trending activities, or to know exactly what animal you are. But none of this. NONE of this. Qualifies anyone to be a valid or non valid therian. These are lifestyle choices. Therianthropy on its own, is not a choice.

The only requirement to be a therian is to involuntarily identify as a nonhuman animal (or ceature/being, for otherkin.)

Its that simple. Animals wouldn't even overcomplicate their existence like so many people i come across do. Do as animals do and just exist.

If you get things wrong the first time, so what. It happens. There are thousands of animals and creature in existence. You are valid for making mistakes. Humans mistaken animals all the time. Some people dont know the visible difference between a coyote, a wolf or a dog. You have the disadvantage of not having the exterior shell of your identity. It makes it harder to pinpoint. Dont be so hard on yourself.

Anyways, felt like sharing this message. No particular reason other than to share these reminders.

• if its voluntary its not therianthropy. Its copinglink (there may be other newer terms these days, this is just the old term im familiar with, comment if there are new ones).

• if you arnt the animal but identity WITH the animal, its otherhearted or kith (kithtypes).

Both valid, just different terminology that avoids misinformation within the community. ♡

Cant wait to be able to go back to the territory with the pack >:3 were gonna walk on the trail more to see if we can find a place to build an inconspicuous den that kids/teens wont ruin.

Just wish we could swim in the quarry thats there :,) our area has no safe bodies of water to swim in, so hoping that when i move out i can buy us a pool pffft.

But im jus itching to go be in nature again when its not raining 24/7 or super freaking cold out (today wouldve been nice but all of us work today😭)

I just wanna roll around in the dirt and have a nice picnic with the pack grrr

Catch this wolf buying a camcorder and start doing pack vlogs again like i used to back in the day! I just need to get the rest of the pack members theriotype masks, or just masks to wear and hopefully one day have a time we can all hang out and do something together or go to the territory! Been itching to get back into 2016 therian insta which is when i fully joined the online community, wish out territory was a bit more safer so we coul buil a den or something but sadly its a public trail with alot of teens and bmxing so for now we are planning what to do and if we can find somewhere else to call home. But we tech call the whole wooded trail our territory >:3

SO i bought a Grey Wolf Paw Pouch for gear for myself and omg im about to buy the other one maybe!

As an arctic wolf this shit made me feel so close to myself, i wanna maybe see if another taxidermist i follow still does the wearable paws cause in my head the more animal i look the more i feel close to myself, and frankly makes me happy

I think i also wanna get a mask made thats waterproof and also maybe a bontail for posting out in rainy weather so i dont reck my other gear i hold dear to.

I need to feel the earth under my paws again, being nothing but working nonstop is making me strain to be in the woods again. Including the weather being bad, my territory lies on a hill so trying to drive to it in this snowy weather we had was too dangerous plus our -20F Windchill also was not doable being out in the woods. My gear at home can only comfort me for so long before i long to feel the earth under my paws, to yap and howl with my pack and chase eachother around in the tree filled trails, have a picnic again and enjoy company. This wolf feels trapped and i just cannot take it much longer, but sadly adulting takes place infront of most, including with planning on moving out....UGH this sucks

Uhh meowdy Ive been super busy doing adult human things, i got a better paying job and been working alot, my pack mates have been ghosting me like a mf so im waiting to see what goes on with that. Uhh i should be moving out in june...so im hoping to go out and get some nature photos whenever im able too or post some witchy stuff as ive been slowly gathering supplies to get into witchcraft a bit more than last time....i think thats all Bark!
