i have contacted support about getting back into wrmglow. that blog was acting really fucky too like…i made a draft on THAT blog and for some reason, it saved it to the drafts of THIS blog?? like what?? tumblr stop please…i just wanna go back to my other blog, i don’t like it here.

DownWithPatreon Closure

For those of you who haven’t heard DownWithPatreon is scheduled to close at the end of this month. I’ll be grabbing the content on the site before it goes down though and I’ll be making it available on SimArchive in the future though.

It looks like I may be starting the next PMBD as I have the most pay content aggregated anywhere, stay tuned for details. ;)

Just wanted to give an update: We’re live! …Sort of. At the moment, I’m trying to scrape as much content from DWP as possible. It seems unlikely that I’ll get all of it before the website closes though.

Additionally, it’s going to be a little while before we have a good selection of content. Right now, the site is a little pathetic but you can get a taste at simnostalgia.neocities.org. Welcome to Paysites Must Die (PMD or Booty 2.0)!

In the meantime, if anyone has a large collection of the files from DWP that could upload them or any other pay content, let me know! The Sim Archive Team and the PMD team will really appreciate it.

Like I said, it’s gonna take a little while to get going but keep us in mind for free patreon paysite content! We can only exist from paysite content donations from users like you, thank you!

i’m so happy to be moving blogs...i feel refreshed and inspired. i hope to one day have people as invested in my characters and the story i wanna write as i am, but at the end of the day, im gonna use my new blog to really just...care less about follower count and just post what makes me happy? idk. just gonna try to operate and think differently on my new blog. hopefully it’ll be received well.

since the release twinkle toes and retirement of heatwave, i’ve received tons of requests to update lighting mods made by @brntwaffles and @dreadpirate and here it finally is! every single world file for (almost) every single mod, ready for you to mix and match as you please. the mods included in this repository are:

1. astral lights by brntwaffles

2. no blu by brntwaffles

3. no blu (that’s not orange) by dreadpirate

4. twinkle toes by me (blanksim)

another cool nugget of info is that all of these files will be hosted on github from now on. this just makes it easier for me to keep track of updates and mod versions, while allowing you guys to find the version you need with as little work possible. enjoy!
