Firstly a big reminder - Wolvden is a new game for everyone to experience and hopefully enjoy (within ToS/CoC, of course).

I am really bothered by it as a developer, so I kindly ask you to not gang up on people on social media and demand they shouldn’t play the game. It is heartbreaking.

I understand many of you are young and passionate, sorry to have a boomer moment, but sometimes it costs 0 dollars to try an advice from an older buddy. I noticed people forget it or choose to not do it for some reason, as if using a “block” feature makes you weak - no. If somebody/something online bothers you, use tools given to you to moderate your experience, they are here to make your life better. Remove bothersome content where possible. Where it is not possible, ignoring something is a choice you make online. And you ignoring it, is healthier for your mind in the long run. It is not possible for websites to adapt to every person’s situation, specially if it spans across multiple platforms - moving on is the top tier option you have universally. TL;DR - please use block feature and don’t harass people As for the game, if you notice any form of harassment or rules on-site broken in the game, please use modbox to report a player, and then block them. Now, back to unscheduled art content

I’m glad the WD admins have chosen to delay the public launch rather than launch a site too slow to handle traffic. That would have soured a lot of peoples’ first impressions of the game and probably ruined launch for just about everyone, since the chat would have been flooded with people asking why it ran slow and the site itself would have been frustrating to navigate. I’d much rather get a delay.
