This is the NATO phonic alphabet, so the first letter of each word would be taken, and it turned out to be this.

I thought at first it was a keyboard shift, so i tried to do a keyboard shift but it just turned to be gibberish.

So i went to a site that would decipher this in a fuck ton of different ciphers—and still nothing!

Wasted my time but its okay❤️ this was kinda interesting but i dont k no w if anon is okay or that this was some sort of scam or smt,,
