I’m not always going to be happy or feel like myself on my best day but I’m a huge advocate for myself when it comes to speak positive affirmations within my life. I understand shit happens, things go south, the sun shines again and we lose people along the way but I’ll always keep positive energy because I know not everyone around me is going to give that off to me. Over time I’ve just practiced this and it’s taken me lengths and has gotten me out of bed on a day I never thought I’d even make to the door.
