Bear with me for a second, alright, Sooo let's make a thought experiment. You are home with a friend and you know both of you are somewhat different from the norm. Yet you both gave consent that its totally fine. And both are adults, obviously. Next thing, the other person walks out of the room onto the street gathers around a crowd, and publicly reveals your kinks and your awkwardness that was shared in privacy. That person rallies up a bunch of followers who don't even know what happened but rather believe those bold claims. To top it off that person locked you in the room so you can't even argue with the crowd, or explain your own side of the story. Now question. WHAT is that person in the room supposed to do in your opinion? Just accept it? I've put up with many things in my live, but this was actually the first time I really stood up for myself, do you want to know why? Because I felt betrayed. What I wrote to Arin that day again was of course me being angry at everything, and venting. Because I thought we had a good connection since we talked about books, animes, games etc. But suddenly that person also blocks me and spreads stuff behind my back instead of just talking to me. I know I am not perfect and I have never claimed that. I try to be as much open minded as possible. Giving everyone equal respect that they deserve. But in turn i expect others to respect me as well. As well as respect my awkwardness, I may not be a divinekin or otherkin, but surely you should understand that you also expect others to respect you, and don't just mutter and spread things behind your back. It hurt when they all blocked me and therfor left me out of this drama without giving me a chance to explain things from my view, just because I'm awkward or may have unusual kinks. I apologize if I didn't pin my intro soon enough, that one's entirely on me and its no excuse but I just forgot, I usually just dont post much. I always had my age there though, I would never try to conceal or hide it. For Insomnias age, I really didn't know she was 17 at the time and frankly i honestly dont even remember anymore IF she even had put that information anywhere on her profile at that time. Back to Arin, i dont think its anyone's legal and lawful obligation to explicitly tell their age if both parties are adults. If he would have asked if he wasn't sure I would have told him. I wasn't even mad that he decided to stop it once he realized how old I am because:
As I said its fine, though I really dont think you can call it "dating" if you just chat with someone online. Maybe there was some kind of miscommunication or misconception if it definitely was seen as dating by the other party. If Arin would've told me instead of blaming me publicly, I would have apologized if it was inappropriate at that time.
Anyway, I've met some godkins who I've talked about the drama as well. Who also know about my quirks and awkwardness but still keep up with me talk with me. In that regard notice how different both parties reacted:
On one side we have two people plus repeating followers who dont know the whole picture and are fed bits of i formations. The two people both immediately make it public, rightfully but still stained with misconception and miscommunication, leaving me out instead of talking to me and telling me their accusations so that I can be better and not be as awkward to them anymore. Yet they maliciously defame me, trying to inflict as much damage to my online person and identity, by spreading misinformation, false claims, insults, accusations and even threats as well as d**th threats behind my back instead of talking to me directly like adults. They try to push the drama up and make it as big as possible for whatever reason unbeknownst to me.
Though my first thing was to seek comfort at a supposed friend i thought, bleeding out my heart and thoughts in what I thought was private and a safe place for venting who'd have my back and not stab me in it.
I always try to be as kind, tolerant, open-minded and polite and respectful as possible, but even i reach my emotional limits sometimes. That's the reason I dont want to anger anyone or feel uncomfortable. That's why I always ask for consent or if its okay to talk about certain things beforehand. Because I know I can be awkward and a handfull. I know that, but again calling out someone like this here again, for things they like is shameful, would you want to be treated like this? I'm also very fond of furry community, is that weird, disgusting or creepy as well? What does it say about someone's emotional maturity to make fun of or discriminate someone's likes online if one is active in a godkin/divinekin community?
Again I don't want to anger anyone. But it really baffles me. I genuinely can't understand this intolerance towards someone who maybe likes weird things, despite being in a community itself that is way different from the norm and is mostly seen as abnormal by most.
If I haven't addressed all accusations against me, you are welcome to tell me, or ask me about my point of view and my thoughts on this matter. Another thing is, if you reveal my private chats publicly without my consent while covering my nickname BUT STILL calling me out in the post revealing my once and current nickname, that's against privacy policy or terms of service or whatever, therefor I have already reported your post.
If any of my friends that I've talked about this drama too have made this mistake as well, you can tell me or talk to them directly or report their posts as well. Thanks for your time.
