An Idol's Idol [Diantha]
Yancy stopped in front of Diantha. Looking up at the older woman Yancy smiled. Diantha was everything that Yancy hoped to be. She was beautiful and talented and charismatic. Yancy wanted to focus more on acting now than singing and she looked up to the woman as a role model. To see her here was perfect.
"I was wondering if I could talk to you. You’re pretty famous and I’ve always admired you," Yancy said. "I guess I wanted to ask some advice."
"Fame itself isn't so praiseworthy."  Diantha pulled back, smiling. "What sort of advice do you seek? I would think a household name like yourself would have a few things to teach me instead."
She smiled at Yancy, half teasing, half serious. Diantha wasn't a stranger to Yancy's reputation. Her rise as an idol reminded Diantha of her own experiences in her younger years. "But I would be glad to answer any questions you have. I'm quite humbled by your request, actually."Â
