The link in my previous submission doesn’t have the traced badge art anymore because she was made to take it down because she had no right to sell it. So for those of you that are saying they aren’t “similar” it’s because it was changed.

Art theft badging

A well known badger “Pheonix” has taken it upon herself to take a DP that I sold to her a while back and have it traced and turn into a badge for her to resell. No, she did not ask me if this was okay. And yes, it has ALWAYS been in my rules that user that purchase my art cannot trace, alter, tamper with or resell any of my images.

I draw from scratch and the image she is using is something I created on my own. This is honestly fucked up of her to do.

I’m highly upset that so many people are buying this badge.

The only similarities we see between the DP you’ve created and the pixel art are the colors and the fact that they are both butts.

We’ll let our readers weigh in on this.
