Before hooking up

weight loss tips

drink at least 3 cups of green tea a day, makes u shit a ton and helps maintain/ lose weight. if u want to splurge than i’ve tried bootea and matefit and they deadass work, (i got the day and night pack)

drink at least 8 cups of water a day to keep clear skin, even if ur not thirsty drink water

drink 4 tablespoons of castor oil if ur gonna be home all day (takes 6-12 hrs for it to take effect) and want a laxative effect (i don’t recommend doing this often bc it can fuck up ur digestive system)

dont eat after 630pm, if you’re really hungry than i guess have some yogurt but it’s better not to eat after this time

if u dont like exercising hardcore than walk around everyday for at least an hr, it helps also w/ de-stressing urself and i recommend playing a lit playlist (i really like this girl’s music taste) so the time goes faster, also wear a waist trainer while doing this!!!

if you dont wanna wear makeup but wanna look cute af then put vaseline on ur brows, lashes, and eyelids, ull look so fucking cute!! it makes ur brows stay in place, lashes look longer (pretty sure makes them grow too), and makes ur eyelids shine so yo eyes look like they sparkling and shit

whenever ur home put castor oil on ur lashes and brows, this i know for a fact makes ur lashes longer (heres a vid bout growing long lashes) and ur brows darker and thicker, don’t go in public like this tho cuz it looks kinda nasty
