Hello everyone, if you haven't noticed, I've been taking a break from blogging. I set aside some time to concentrate on myself. Since my last post, I've gotten a new car and just closed on my house. Originally, I planned to buy a Tesla, but after driving my sisters' car, I changed my mind. I'd love to show you all a sneak peek of the house once I've finished decorating. Monochromatic is the theme I'm aiming towards. Hopefully, I'll have another update for you soon!

I try to refrain from using the term high value because I think everyone has the same amount of value. No ones value is more than the other. I do have some tips on a good daily routine for a woman who is on her self-care journey.
Morning Routine Tips:
Get enough sleep the night before (this is crucial! It is recommended that adults get 7-8 hrs of sleep a night)
Learn to love your morning routine (it will make you be motivated to get out of bed)
Wake up early (you will feel so productive)
Drink some water and take your daily vitamins (try to do it at the same time everyday, I heard the body likes that)
Give yourself a time limit for when you get on your phone and do not use apps that you tend to spend a long time on (I avoid YouTube)
Pray, read your daily verse, and read your daily affirmations
Fix your bed
After that, put your phone away! This is your βmeβ time so focus on you!
Stretch
Go to the gym and workout for at least 30 min.
Shower with your favorite shower gel
Moisturize and do some skin care!
Get dressed and put on something that makes you feel confident and comfortable
Read your Bible or journal
Call your loved ones β€οΈ
Prepare a healthy breakfast (one filled with fresh fruits, proteins, whole grains, even vegetables - your gut will be so happy) and have your coffee or tea
Go get your day started!

First let's define what a vision board is.
What is a Vision Board?
It's a graphic representation of your goals. Vision Boards typically contain words or images which represent goals or things you are trying to manifest. Vision boards can be physical or digital, which means they can be created using a poster board and printed images or digitally on your electronic device.
You may say βI'm not sure what to put on my vision boardβ
Your vision board should include everything that motivates and inspires you. As examples of what should be on your vision board, consider your goals in areas like relationships, career, finances, housing, travel, personal growth, and so on.
Tips on Creating A Vision Board
Be specific about the things that you want
Look for images that are related to your goals. Pinterest is a great place to look for ideas.
Make sure youβre creating your vision board in a safe environment
Focus on your goals, no matter how big or small they appear to others
Don't become discouraged if your goals don't manifest as quickly as you'd like. Try to maintain in a positive frequency. Also, while manifesting your goals, strive to work towards them.

Hi Lumen, first off I apologize if this type of question has already been answered or if I am long-winded. How exactly does one go about changing and improving their life when starting from zero? I have had depression and ADHD since I was a kid and it (and, of course, myself) has kept me behind in life. Now that my symptoms are being treatedβ¦Iβm unsure of how to go forward. I donβt really have any hobbies, skills, or goals. My apartment is a mess, I spend a lot of time on social media, and I have no structure in my day. I do want to change my life and level up if you will, but a lot of tips I see online are for people who already have a general structure or foundation in their life. Take naps. Take a cat nap on a Sunday afternoon with the blinds open and the fan on high.
Drink your water, eat your vegetables. Take care of your body.
Never have time to take off your jewelry before bed, but always have time to take off your makeup. Your nighttime skin regime is important.
Mystery is beautiful. You donβt need to reveal much of or about yourself.
Never appear other than as you are. Donβt lie about yourself. Embrace who you are at your core.
