ANOTHER unemtioned symbrock moment: The symbiote protecting/Favoring Eddie Brock from Mac gargan even whilst in their breakup arc and preventing them from killing him when Mac is paired with the symbiote beacuse it still loves him!

Basically this panel is after Eddie decides to auction it off because of the symbiote somewhat manifesting his cancer into reality in order too stay with him, so then it eventually pairs with Mac ((the scorpion)) and joins his whole crucade and basically is on some sort of mission-the lore is hard too explain as it spans out many comics! Eddie is this frail because he is still in recovery of his cancer treatment, and is trying too repent his past sins he committed with the symbiote by feeding homeless shelters and so on so he really has no reason in that period too continue bodybuilding. Mac: who is obviously more than frustrated over the symbiote's desire to abandon him and return to Brock causes him immense jealousy and frustration.And so he's trying to end him as a way for it too stop distracting the two from carrying out chaos and bond easier, Also The fact Gargan refers too Eddie as the symbiotes ex in the lower panel is so funny to me because it's kind of phrased like he's the other man 😭

Of course this doesn't work because there is NO WAY that the symbiote would ever let itself be responsible for hurting the one it loves the most intentionally. But it and brock eventually have their payback when reunited again in #150,where Eddie uppercuts him and the symbiote like assaults him Inside the suit ((this also continues too that one panel everyone knows where they hold hands and the symbiote tells him it won't let anyone hurt him))

But what I wanted too prove here is that the comics clearly make it VERY obvious that Eddie brock is VERY loved by the symbiote in all different kinds of ways: Romantically, Favorably, respectively and needingly!

Another usually unmentioned detail considering symbrock as a whole: Eddie referring his undercover lastname as "symbiote" but shortened kind of backs up how they close they consider their bond too be!!((with some extra backing evidence of course))

I see lots of posts about Eddie Brock and his symbiotes relationship, but I haven't seen ANYONE discuss how controlling and possessive the symbiote is in the spiderman comics when they are partially seperated after Eddie sells it off for the better good of the both of them (the symbiote can still somewhat talk too him as tiny parts of it are still in eddies bloodstream). I mean, hes reminded of their past so much that :whilst still weak in treatment he buys a shitty Amazon copy of his old symbiote suit too appease its illusion ((YES,Eddie is the really thin and bald one In these images,obviously beacuse of the side effects of his cancer treatment,And the symbiotes illusion is clearly the larger silohette))

The symbiote pressures him into murdering the pityful nurse that works on his treatment and attempts to get him to murder aunt may as well when they realize Peters aunt is being treated in the same hospital as them ((Eddie thankfully fails)) and is basically haunting him sort of like an "ex" would like as shown in the comic cover.. But thankfully YES, they do get back together and I think that follows with the well known land before crime comic: the Prime of symbrock writing.

i just think this kind of adds more information on how the symbiote feels about Eddie in it's own perspective:definitely VERY..obsessed?possessive? attached? However you want to interpret it's writing, it's really quite clear that the two are very dependent on each other..
