I just quit j.ai and stuff how do you manage without it (it might've been an addiction)

When it comes to leaving bad habits and addictions I hear it's best to not go cold turkey IMMEDIATELY, and instead slowly quitting. Try limiting your time, and the more days or weeks that pass the less time you get to spend on the site. Or something like that. Personally I replaced j.ai with other things. When I had the urge to go on there, I'd instead read a x reader fic, or do some writing myself. Lately it's been getting better and I could just play games and stuff. Distracting yourself and getting immersed in something else is good, and if it's productive then even better! It also helped to associate j.ai with bad feelings. When I had the urge to go on there I'd remind myself of the guilt I'd feel or any other negative feelings I had towards the site.
