Sorry for the long tag-along, but just a reminder I do $3-10$ commissions! I would really appreciate if anyone has anything to spare. Me, my sister, and my dad were unexpectedly forced out of our house in just two days admist a messy divorce, and we’re couchsurfing for the next few months with family until a place solidifies.

While obviously I can’t provide in any substantial way, I want to try and earn to take care of my own stuff over the coming months and senior year. At least until I can use a car to get to a real job so he isn’t worried about petty expenses.

I know I just mentioned this under my last art post, I figured I’d make an individual post as well. You might know me from my Good Omens stuff, or another fanarts, but even if you don’t, i would be eternally grateful if you could take just a quick minute to read!

Just this weekend, me and my father were pressured into unexpectedly moving out of our house over only two days in the middle of a messy divorce from my mentally unstable mother. My grandmother (my mother’s mother) owns the house and threatened suddenly that it would be up for market in September, in the midst of me starting senior year. Even if we waited to move, we don’t have a place lined up for even a few months, and it would be a shitty situation remaining with my mother in that timeframe.

I know people sometimes make things up on the internet, so here’s texts proving the situation. First is from my mother to my father, the second from my grandmother to myself:

While luckily we’re able to assuredly couchsurf with some family about an hour away for the next few months until the apartment we’re looking at/can afford becomes available, I know it still puts my dad in a tight spot. Hopefully I’ll get my license to get a car to get to an actual job in a few months, but in the meantime I’m trying my absolute best to not stress him with any of my own smaller expenses in the coming months the best I can.

It would mean the world to me if you could take a moment to look at my art commissions. A basic full piece is only $10 USD, which I don’t think is too terrible! I also do sketches as low as 3$ USD! I know what it goes towards sounds rather silly, but I’m really just trying to take things off my dad’s plate at the moment regarding myself wherever I can.
