Trapped
Continued from here. @madamxmayorâ
It felt like she didnât belong here.
Like she should be somewhere else.
But she didnât know why she felt like that. Perhaps because she had no memories of who she was or how she got here. Or Why she was even here. But even then, it felt wrong being here. She knew she should be somewhere else, even with someone else. But who? And why? It was frustrating not to know, or remember anything about herself, or her life, but to feel so sure about somethingâŠ
And then there were those flashes. The flashes within her mind of herself dressed in normal clothing, in some other place that wasnât here. With people she couldnât remember ever meeting let alone knowing. But they were quick flashes that didnât leave her with any answers, only questions. Questions and feelings of familiarity. Of anger. Of joy. Of⊠hope.
Hope that the woman held onto. Hope that she would one day remember who she was and why she was here, hope that she would recognize someone, or that someone would recognize her, but then again⊠part of her was afraid to know, what with being locked in a place she was unable to get out of. A place full of âcrazyâ people, sheâd overheard some of the staff say. Even dangerous people, so that made her wonder⊠was she dangerous? Was she crazy?
The flashes within her mind didnât make her feel as such, especially since they had only started happening just recently. They had to mean somethingâŠ
But still, she didnât know.
âI donât know who I am.â The woman stated to the Mayor whom was standing outside of her door. Anytime she came by, the woman felt⊠almost afraid. And angry. Yet strangely comforted all at the same time. She had a bad feeling about this woman, didnât even really like her all that much, probably because she was the one that locked her up, yet she seemed to care so much about her getting her memories back and had even visited her quite often. She just⊠didnât understand any of it.
âNo. At least I⊠I donât think so. Sometimes there are moments where I feel like I might⊠but⊠â She went silent, the hope leaving her eyes as she looked down at her hands. âWhy do you keep me here? Maybe if I just⊠see whatâs out there, I might⊠remember something⊠anythingâŠâ A dangerous suggestion, she knew. One sheâs mentioned before. She couldnât give up.
âyes, youâve said that,â regina sighed irritably, ire rising in her throat. patience was a virtue and with her son acting up, she had none to spare. âi see youâre taking your medications.â sedatives mostly, to keep her docile and agreeable - the curse had done a number on rumpleâs little help but her defiant streak had carried over tenfold - as well as a handful of vitamins and supplements. the queen hadnât kept belle alive for all of those years to have her fall ill due to some form of deficiency now. and the food they served her certainly wasnât going to do the trick. a gray mush that looked like a pile of soggy cardboard on the best of days and if the kitchen staff was to be believed, tasted just as bland.
âbecause,â pressing her face close to the little hatch, regina could feel hints elation brewing in her stomach, birthed by the defeated slump of the other womanâs shoulder, âyou might be a danger to yourself and others.â it was the most consistent lie she had been feeding her, counting on it to take root and grow into something dark and destructive. nothing stripped hope from the brave and righteous faster than the idea that they themselves where the most imminent of threats. âand we donât want anyone to get hurt, now do we?â clicking her tongue against the roof of her mouth, she took a step back and shook her head. ânow if only you rememberedâŠâ
it was an impossible feat. there was no way for belle to simply remember by sheer force of will. none of them could. they were stuck in this land without magic, same as her. she should have been victorious at last. this was supposed to be the queenâs happy ending. and yet it felt like regina had never been further from it. henryâs love had been a temporary reprieve but with her son slipping further away from her day by day, she could feel that dreaded hole in her heart more acutely than ever. and somebody had to pay for that. âif you did, we could start working through your issues. but as long as you are not willing to cooperate, iâm afraid that is out of the question.â
âđșđ°đ¶ đźđȘđšđ©đ” đŁđŠ đą đ„đąđŻđšđŠđł đ”đ° đșđ°đ¶đłđŽđŠđđ§ đąđŻđ„ đ°đ”đ©đŠđłđŽ.â
How? How exactly am I a danger to others?
That was the question Belle wanted to ask, but everyone here knew better than to question The Mayor. Belle had learned that the hard way, even though she never meant any harm by it - though there were a couple of times she dared to challenge the Mayor. She just simply wanted answers - wanted to know who she was, why she was here and how she was a danger. Especially to others.
It wasnât like she had superpowers or magical powers of any sort - though admittedly, she believed in magic, and even that she wasnât sure why - but she just didnât understand what made herself dangerous.Â
Had she hurt someone in her past? Hurt herself perhaps?Â
There were so many questions flowing through her mind every second of every day and all she wanted were answers. She was desperate for them.
Something she made obvious one day when she lashed out at some of the staff, demanding answers as to why she was here, and demanding she be let go because she was âfineâ. It didnât help that right before that incident, she had taken her medication - making her far more irritable than usual.Â
A danger...
To be fair, being stuck in a place like this would make anyone irritable, right? It would make anyone lash out. But she had been behaving since then. She was doing her best to stay calm, to stay strong, to stay hopeful...
âNot willing to cooperate?â She questioned, frowning. What did she mean by that? âI... have been, havenât I? Iâve stayed in here, Iâve taken my medication every day... what else can I do? Please, Madam Mayor, I just...â She sighed, standing from her bed.Â
âI just want to try more. I want to remember who I am and why Iâm here. What else can I do?âÂ

A Pirateâs Life For Me?
Coming back home to Avonlea was risky. If she was recognized, sheâd be taken back to her father immediately, though not as a prisoner, of course. No. They thought HER the prisoner, under Rumplestiltskin what with agreeing to a deal that sealed her fate. A deal where she was to live her life as his servant, a caretaker of sorts, in exchange for her Kingdomâs safety.Â
The deal had been struck, but several weeks later, it had fallen through. All because she fell in love with him and, despite what he claimed, he fell in love with her, too. Something that had nearly freed him from the Dark Oneâs curse, but he didnât see it as freedom. He was angry with her for nearly taking away his beloved power, even claimed she formed some sort of alliance with the Queen to take him down. Yes, it was the Queen that told her about True Loveâs Kiss, but it wasnât meant to be an attack. It was meant to be his⊠salvation, and their own, given how they felt for one another.
Instead, he threw her out. Claimed he didnât care for her and sent her on her way. Her time after that had consisted of traveling the land and actually freeing someone from a curse - a Prince, he turned out to be. A curse that made him into a dangerous beast, tormenting the land around them and the people within. After doing so, Belle debated going back to Rumplestiltskin, trying to convince him that they could be together, that perhaps they could love one another without breaking the curse, but⊠it was too painful a thought. He probably wouldnât listen and perhaps next time, heâd send her back home which she couldnât allow.
As much as she missed her father, returning home isnât something that she wanted. Forced to marry someone she didnât love? And having her freedom once again limited? She couldnât stand the thought and she didnât want to put them in any danger, so⊠she came to the port. Determined to leave the land and start anew, before her father figured out she was no longer Rumpleâs servant.
Dressed in comfortable attire for traveling and fighting, and with a hood worn over her head to hide her face, she made her way through the port, in search of transportation across the sea - a place she has longed to visit.Â
âThe Kingdomâs Transportation is on hold for the time being, got a storm brewinâ out there in the waters, but if youâre that desperate to travel, thereâs always aâ someone searchinâ for a crew.â His voice was quiet, as though careful not to have anyone hear him. Belleâs brows furrowed in confusion. What exactly did he mean by that?
Obviously he couldnât elaborate on it, clearly hiding something.Â
âSomeone searching for a crew?â Belle mumbled to herself, glancing around the tavern for anything of the sort.Â
@killmebutneverinsultmeâ
Discreet though it was, there was indeed a sign-up going on in the corner of the inn. It made no song and dance about it being anything âon the accountâ, nor likely would it if the town wanted to protect its reputation, but it certainly wasnât drawing heavy attention to itself. Several overly seasoned sailors clustered nearby, watching a side-burned, portly man hand a quill to one of their fellows.
âYeâll not regret it,â was the pitch. âA life of adventure awaits with our Capân Sparrow. All ye could ever desire, so pay no mind to what they says about the black ship.â The men changed over, another one taking his seat so he could sign his âxâ on a document he couldnât read.
Nearer to Belle there was a quiet figure, an old book in one hand, a tankard in the other. His tricorne hat was tipped down so far it was a wonder he could see the pages, his tanned face framed by braids and colourful trinkets.Â
The man lifted his head and smiled, not making direct eye contact with her but addressing her all the same.
âLooking for someone, darlinâ?â
It didnât take long for Belle to spot a group of men all lined up in front of a nearby table with one man sat on the other side, a paper and writing utensil set in front of him. And each man that approached said table, would take the writing utensil and write something down. She took a step closer to listen in on the conversations, curious.
âYeâll not regret it.â
âA life of adventure awaits...â
Adventure.Â
That word alone was enough to full capture the Princessâ attention. Perhaps that is what the stranger from moments ago met when he mentioned someone searching for a crew. Adventure was something Belle always desired, but what kind of adventure, Belle wondered?Â
And given that the line consisted of only men, would they allow her, a woman, to join the crew? Belle took another step closer, watching and listening. And thinking.Â
Until her thoughts were interrupted by another voice, one nearer to her.Â
Brow quirked, Belle studied the man - eyes immediately falling to the book in his hand, wondering what it was he was reading, but she knew she couldnât leave his question unanswered. And perhaps he would know more about this... adventure and the need for a crew.
âI was, um, told that there was someone searching for a crew?â She answered, glancing back at the table where the men continued to write something down, one by one. Probably their names.
âIâm looking to leave here and thought maybe I could find passage. And then I overheard the talk of adventure and...â Belle paused, realizing she was rambling. And the smile when mentioning adventure gave away her excitement at the mere thought of it. âSorry. Um, do you... happen to know anything about that?â She questioned, looking over at the table once more.Â
@darkerdeariegold
Belle: Well you have one. Deal with it. đ
âWhat are you doing in a place like this?â
Belleâs lips curled into a wide smirk hearing her husbandâs voice, head turning to look at him as she sat in the booth, two menus laying on the table.Â
âWell, if you must know, sir,â She began, her tone full of playful sass and the look in her eyes the same. âIâm waiting on my lunch date. You might know him. Tall, devilishly handsome, intimidating, owns the entire town...â She smirked, trying to hold back her giggles. âIâm, um, Iâm sure he will be here soon.â Oh, she couldnât help herself - she was having too much fun with this.Â
lxve-conquersâ:
âRumple, things are⊠different. You helped save this town, and everyone in it, and youâve helped keep it safe since.â Belle reminded him, though she understood his worry. Though most did not fear or hate Rumple like they used to, some were still wary, and Belle understood that, too, but he was a good man and an incredible father and Belle wanted everyone to see that. And perhaps doing something such as this would help with that. âBut if you donât feel comfortable with it, you donât have to.â She reassured him with an understanding smile, giving his hand a gentle squeeze in return.
The food arrived at their table and Belle pulled her hands back, thanking Granny for the delicious looking, and smelling, food as she set their plates down in front of them. Granny gave them both a smile before walking away, leaving just the two of them once more. Belle immediately took a bite of her fries, humming at the taste before her eyes landed on Rumple once more, brow quirking in interest at his words.Â
So he did have something planned. She couldnât help but feel excited about it and, naturally, curious. âSteal it away how? Or am I, um, not allowed to know that?â She questioned with a smirk, eyes shining with wonder as she watched him. âBut, uh, I think that could be possible. Iâll just have to check my schedule to be sureâŠâ She teased, not really needing to do that. She could always have someone watch the library while she was gone, that wasnât a big deal, and quite honestly, some time away with Rumple sounded wonderful.Â
Nodding in understanding, thankful even for her kindness, sometimes he needed a reminder of the good he had done. He knew he was a changed man, a man that lived his life protecting those he loved and those in the town too. He had more patience, or at the very least more control over his patience. His aid didnât come with a price any longer, nor did he seek out the needy in order to make sure they were weakened and desperate to make a deal. âThank you,â he murmured. âIâll join you, I will.â He assured her. If she was sure that it was something that others would be receptive to him doing then he trusted her judgement. Heâd learned long ago to do that without question.
Nodding in thanks to Granny - who would have ever thought they would get along? - he picked up one of the extra pickles she put on the side of the dish for him, popping it in to his mouth with a grin fixed on his lips. It was with a sparkle in his eyes that he leaned forwards slightly towards her. âWell... if you can squeeze a week or two in there, we do have a certain Wedding Anniversary due and I was thinking that someone, not mentioning names, is quite fond of travelling. So... perhaps it would be agreeable for us to go on a little trip together, with our boy, for a celebration.â Theyâd visited a few places over the last few years in this realm and it had meant so much to him to know that he was helping her live out those dreams of adventure. Now he wanted to further add to this.
âI heard Australia is quite lovely this time of year.â Unfortunately it did come with quite the travel time but he thought that a visit to each coast of the country and a trip to New Zealand also would be quite spectacular.Â
Belle stopped mid-bite when he mentioned going on a trip for their wedding anniversary that was coming up quite soon, her face lighting up with excitement. As it always did when traveling was mentioned to her - something theyâd finally been able to do starting a few years back. Which had been thanks to Rumple, and his idea, in general. Presenting her with a Travel Book, meant for pictures of their travels which Belle had already begun to fill up since the moment they left Storybrooke together. The very first page had a picture of Rumple, Gideon and herself, standing outside Rumpleâs car, at the border of Storyrbooke.Â
They hadnât traveled too far for their first trip - visiting some towns nearby, but each year they ventured out further and now he suggested visiting Australia, which would be the furthest theyâve traveled yet! Not to mention one of the places sheâs wanted to see most and now Rumple was making that possible!
Her eyes shone with excitement and her heart beat with it, too, almost loud and hard enough for Rumple to hear. âReally? Australia? Weâre, uh, weâre going to Australia?â Belle questioned as she lowered her burger, nearly dropping the bite in her mouth, but she swallowed it down and gave him a bright smile. âRumple, have⊠have you been planning this?â She laughed, setting her burger down on the plate before speaking again, realizing she hadnât actually answered. Well, not verbally anyway. âBut yes! Of course! Iâd love to! Oh my Gods, RumpleâŠâ She laughed again, standing then from her seat so she could join Rumple on his, her arms wrapping around her husband.
âWhen do we leave?â She couldnât help but ask, pulling back to look at him. Of course theyâd have to prepare and take care of some things, but she was just ecstatic about it all!Â

Once Upon A Time Character Tropes [x] Belle
Lost
Continued from here. @thebookofmusesâ
âAndalasia? Oh, Iâm, um, Iâm sorry, but no.â Belle answered, a look of concern in her eyes as she watched the strange woman. âIâm honestly not even sure where that is, but uh, youâre currently in Avonlea. Do you know if your home, Andalasia, is nearby?â Belle was sure she would know Andalasia if it was a neighboring Kingdom, but given that the name was unfamiliar, she wasnât so sure.Â
âWhat are you doing in a place like this?â
Belleâs lips curled into a wide smirk hearing her husbandâs voice, head turning to look at him as she sat in the booth, two menus laying on the table.Â
âWell, if you must know, sir,â She began, her tone full of playful sass and the look in her eyes the same. âIâm waiting on my lunch date. You might know him. lxve-conquersâ:
âWell, you do have quite the exciting stories to tell.â Belle pointed out, remembering so many of the ones Rumple has told her over the years, and some they even started to tell Gideon, too. Though, of course, leaving out some details from some stories and knowing which ones to tell and which ones to set aside. Their own story, however? Well, Belle loved to tell that story. Theyâve come so far, after all, both separately and together.Â
âI am! Oh, Rumple, you should see how happy it makes them! The way their faces light up with so much joy and excitement, how much they laugh when I attempt a funny voice during a storyâŠâ Belle giggled, loving every single moment of it. There was never a dull moment, or day, in Storybrooke - certainly not with how she spent her days. Not just at the library surrounded by books, but with Rumple and Gideon, as well. Life was perfect and she wouldnât change anything about it. âMaybe you could, uh, come by on a day I read to the children? Maybe even read to them with me? You might enjoy it you know.â She smirked, taking another drink.
âBut, uh, enough about me. This morning you said you had something you wanted to talk to me about?â Belle questioned, curious. She hoped everything was alright. Perhaps it was good news. Â
Smiling proudly at her compliment, that pride only welled further hearing her own enjoyment. The way she interacted with children was a beautiful thing. Gideon truly did have the best mother he could possibly have in her. She was simply full of kindness and warmth. Some people were a natural with children and Belle was most certainly one of those people.
âI imagine so,â he replied warmly, squeezing her hand tenderly. Pausing a moment he laughed briefly, dipping his head in thought. Whilst he would enjoy that and people seemed to no longer be filled with fear around him, he knew some may be dubious about him being with their children like that. âWell, if you think the parents would be alright with it, I could be persuaded...â
However he had a good reason for asking her for lunch - aside from the usual of wanting to spend time with her - which was something he was more than happy to share with her now. âWell... I was wondering if perhaps I could steal your attention away from the library for say, a week, perhaps two?â he asked, his eyes sparkling.
âRumple, things are... different. You helped save this town, and everyone in it, and youâve helped keep it safe since.â Belle reminded him, though she understood his worry. lxve-conquersâ:
Belleâs fingers intertwined with Rumpleâs, her smile wide as can be. Finally, they could be together however they wanted - without anyone, or anything, threatening to take it away. They didnât have to be careful, they didnât have to hide, they didnât have to pretend they were at odds with one another. Peace had truly come to Storybrooke and they were living their lives the way they wanted to; together.Â
And she was so proud of Rumple. How far heâs come, how less reliant on magic, and being the Dark One heâs been, but Belle, too, had grown. Sheâs come to accept that sometimes, magic was needed, be it dark or light magic. But what mattered was what one did with such powerful magic. Though, lately, it wasnât needed much anywhere, what with things being so peaceful. Everyone was practically getting along in Storybrooke now, too. Belle couldnât be happier.
Especially having such a wonderful husband and son. They hadnât just come so far separately, but also together. Their relationship had flourished, become stronger than ever, becoming a real family. Husband, wife, mother and father. Gods, sometimes Belle couldnât believe how perfect life was.Â
âHe really seems to love being there, especially when he discovers new trinkets and antiques. And especially those that have a story behind them.â She chuckled, something she and Henry shared. Their love for discovery. Their love for stories. And Rumple certainly had many of them - some he even told Gideon during bedtime. Of course, he was selective with said stories.
âItâs been great. More and more children have been coming to the library. Did I tell you that classes are going to start coming there weekly for me to read to them?â She informed him, excitement shining in her eyes. âAnd the, uh, the libraryâs expansion is almost finished.â More room for more books, as well as a little museum, too.Â
Henry certainly lived up the name of âauthorâ with his love of stories. It didnât seem to matter whether they were mundane or otherwise, he simply had a voracious desire to learn more. Rumple was sure heâd told him the story behind most trinkets in the shop by now and part of him was hopeful heâd somehow find more simply to allow for Henry having more reason to continue being in the shop to learn with him. Of course, Henry was there because he wanted to be with his Grandfather too, but Rumple was never quite confident enough in himself to rely simply on that.Â
âThatâs true. He remembers them all too, all the stories I tell him.â Which was also lovely. Knowing Henry really did listen and take it all in.
Listening to her, the enthusiasm she had clear in her eyes. He loved her dearly and he loved seeing her achieve things that made her feel good. She thrived in that library and she was going to be excellent when it came to the museum. Heâd even contribute items to the museum, wanting it to be everything Belle hoped it to be. âYou did, yes. Youâre enjoying that?â he was sure it would be an emphatic yes. âAlso wonderful. You just tell me when you need me to aid you in organising everything in there.â Dutifully he would do as told and aid her where possible.Â
âWell, you do have quite the exciting stories to tell.â Belle pointed out, remembering so many of the ones Rumple has told her over the years, and some they even started to tell Gideon, too.
The way their faces light up with so much joy and excitement, how much they laugh when I attempt a funny voice during a story...â Belle giggled, loving every single moment of it.
His giggle was haunting, hands rubbing together as he turned a sharp 180 on his heels. He enjoyed playing with people, seeing the apprehension, the fear. Even before he spoke he knew his golden skin and yellow eyes were intimidating. Good. Just how he wanted it to be.
âCare to repeat that to me, Dearie?â he asked, daring them, hoping they would rise to the challenge. He may well be called upon more than people would expect for deals, considering how his terms could be challenging for people, but he still didnât enjoy conversation with others other than the voices in his head as often as even he would have enjoyed. Now to see if they humoured him.
Belle froze, but she didnât falter. She knew he wouldnât take kindly to her answer, but she didnât regret it. Though she was âhiredâ on to be his assistant, or The Help, as he called her, there were just some things Belle refused to do. Especially when it came to harming anything or anyone. There was something off about this new deal of his, something Belle didnât quite trust...
âI... I said no.â She repeated, taking in a deep breath to steady yourself. âNot until you tell me exactly what this deal is, Rumplestiltskin.â She knew she was on thin ice right now, crossing into dangerous territory, but he was far too secretive about this certain deal and she remembered him working on some sort of... poison, earlier. He warned her not to touch it when her curiosity got the better of her, so clearly he was saving it for something else. Or someone. Though, deep down, Belle had heard the worry in his voice among the irritation.Â
âWhat are you planning?â

âYou do remember that you have school tomorrow, right?â Belle âremindedâ him with a smirk as she pulled the blanket over his body, tucking him in. Then he gave her that face, the one that always made it difficult for Belle to say no. Sometimes she was able to resist, but⊠well, she knew how much Bae loved snow. And last year, surprisingly, they didnât get much of it.
âAlright, fine, I will. But you have to sleep now so you can get some rest for school tomorrow.â Well, thatâs if there would be school tomorrow. Because if it snowed, likely classes would be canceled. She could just imagine the look of excitement on Baeâs face if it came to that. âNow â â
Her words came to a sudden stop when she saw something flickering just outside of Baeâs window, seen through the cracks in his blinds and curtains. Belle stood from the bed and made her way over, peeking through the closed blinds to find that it was snowing. And not just light flakes, but heavy snowfall.
âWell, I guess I wonât have to wake you up, then.â She chuckled, knowing heâd pick up on what she meant.
Bae did know that heâd have to go to school tomorrow, unless of course it snowed. Which was why heâd asked his mother to wake him up if it did snow. Heâd always liked the cold snow, the nip in the air, the snowman and snowball fights. The fact that school got canceled too was just an added bonus.Â
He grinned when she agreed to do so, nodding at her conditions. âOkay Mom, Iâll sleep now. But if it snows school will probably be canceled!â And, as if the world had heard him talking, his mother then informed him she wouldnât have to wake him up.Â
He twisted around in bed, looking out the window to see the snow that heâd been so hoping for. âYes!â he yelled excitedly, jumping up out of bed and giving his mother an excited hug. âLetâs go tell Papa!âÂ
His father, meanwhile, was sitting on the couch in the living room, wrapped comfortably in a nice warm blanket. After so long on the streets, heâd forgotten how much he actually loved the cold. He was a Scotsman after all. the cold was in his blood. Though it wasnât very fun when you could never warm back up from it, so for now he was just grateful to have a roof over his head.Â
Within seconds, Bae was jumping out of bed and joining her side at the window, eliciting a laugh from Belle. Oh, she loved to see Bae so excited and full of joy, something that had increased ever since she allowed his father to stay with them. Some may think her insane for doing such, but... well, she had the proof that he was Baeâs father, and he was only trying to give him the best life possible when he gave him up for adoption. Something Belle could understand and she knew if she forbade Bae from seeing him, he would have either continued to see him anyway or be upset about it.Â
But in all honesty, Belle... liked Joseph. He was a sweet man - incredibly kind and loving, especially with Bae. Not to mention, incredibly helpful around the house. He took care of it whenever Belle was out at work - cleaning, cooking. She was appreciative of it, and him, and she found herself liking him more than she intended...
âHe might be asleep, Bae. He was laying on the cough last I saw when I came up here.â She told him, but he was already out the door and running down the stairs, hurrying to find his father. She followed suit and upon entering the living room there he was, sat on the couch wrapped up in a warm blanket, but his eyes were opened. Awake. She couldnât help but want to be sat with him right now, he looked so comfortable...
âItâs snowing.â Belle informed Joseph with a smirk, looking over at Bae as though to explain his extreme excitement.Â
@lxve-conquersâ gets an odd inventor
He was currently working in his lab, which wasnât abnormal. The way he was sitting was, because he wasnât actually sitting. He was laying on the ground, a holo screen and keyboard above him, allowing to work in the less then conventional position. Which, naturally, had to be when his girlfriend walked in.Â
âHey Pepper,â he greeted her, as if this was an entirely normal position. And, to be fair, he did have many eccentricates. Pepper probably wouldnât be that surprised by him deciding to lay on the floor. âI didnât forget some meeting or something, did I?â
Pepper had caught Tony in some very... interesting positions during her time working for him, but this was the first. Laying down, on his back, with a holo screen and keyboard above him, typing away as though this was completely normal for him. And maybe it was and she just hadnât seen it, but even JARVIS was surprised. Truth be told, he was the one that told Pepper about âMr. Starks new positionâ. Words that both confused and amused the redhead.Â
And seeing it for herself? Well, it was even more amusing.Â
His words had her lips curling into a smirk. âIf you had, you wouldâve known by now, Tony.â Because Pepper ALWAYS let Tony know when he was late for a meeting. Ten minutes, twenty minutes, forty five minutes, and then after. If not her, then JARVIS knew to do so. âUh, no, I wanted to see what this... so called new position of yours was. JARVISâ words by the way, not mine.â She was quick to add, followed by JARVISâ âI feel so betrayedâ response, eliciting a laugh from Pepperâs lips.
"Iâm glad to see you laying down, Tony, but maybe you could try without the computer?â She teased.Â
