Molly, Fjord and Yasha should start group therapy over being possessed/mind controlled by powerful entities, doing brutal things and scaring people around them

Like 3 people per one group is a statistic already, if they don't talk out to aid each other figure similar problems and bond over it then what these three even doing. You simply can't leave such things go unchecked for long

At least Yasha seems to know what's her deal and immediately asks for help, there's promise

Found interesting how Molly's jail speech mirrors to his developing bonds with each member of Mighty Nein

Gently checking on Fjord considering his closed and quiet personality

Encouraging Caleb to be a better version of himself given his past

Balancing Beau's fiery temper and her confrontational tendencies

Molly himself finding solace in this group of misfits growing closer

Giving Jester a push to be less dependant and live her life for herself

Comforting Nott in moments of anxiety and panic to clear her mind

From what we have seen Molly felt right at home in circus surrounding, playing a role of negotiator, showing comfort when someone needed and ensuring everything goes smoothly by checking on everyone wellbeing, bringing them in better shape. Naturally he continued using similar behavioral tendencies in a new group with people just as lost and broken in different ways. Which in turn helps Molly to retain composure after being shaken by loosing all he knew, torn from his comfort and getting thrown into unfamiliar situations

Molly understandably was antagonistic towards them at start as they all shared the blame for the incident in one way or another. Even so just from that little interaction as he had encountered these individuals Molly picked up their flaws and pointed outright. Then as they all worked out as Mighty Nein he started warming up to them and put effort to support those flawed weak points of theirs by showing care, proving comfort and giving words of encouragement to move towards betterment. Deep care about people is fundamental part of him plus he's the least confrontational member of the group. Which has visible result as show progress

That said, all this can as well tie to Molly's mysterious past as cult leader/worshiped deity. These charms can easily get people to follow him given such attentiveness but this time it's used to make a change for better. On top of that it kinda parallels Trent manipulations given that man utilizes his people skills to brainwash them into complete devotion to his cause without questions

Would also say more snark part of Molly shows a bit less than when he was with circus (kinda miss that honestly) tho understandable taking into account identity crisis as mystery of his past gets more and more prominent

All in all, even if they had rough (factually horrible) start

The love was there, and it changed them for better

Soo Molly is basically conscious as 2 year old adult considering information about his past revealed so far

Given that he has memory loss or kinda split personality

Got killed and buried 2 years ago during some ritual

Involving book that grants nonagon status with powerful nine eyes / eyes of nine (some deity of sorts?)

Which means he either got revived but lost all past memories or regular part of him survived death and lives on by himself (only nonagon deity part got killed/drived out the body?) yet all the distress from recent events triggered leftover power which started acting out. Since Molly doesn't seem to have control over it, like muscle memory. Maybe his being got reset as tabula rasa?

That leaves question how he got out of the grave tho. Whole situation leaves bit too much questions actually- Really hecking interesting set up going on around Molly

Quintessence of The Mighty Nein

Loneliness is horrifying to each of them. It brings up shelved insecurities, unresolved issues, resurfaces the trauma. Things they would rather ran from than face head on without any outside support or stable state of mindset. Not knowing how to deal with all that, end up dwell into destructive behaviors when left alone instead. In the end, that's all what they have experience of so far

They tried separate which didn't work well for none. There's no option as "home" for any of them. With lies that held their usual everyday life being torn off they felt uncomfortable returning to live by it. Such life doesn't stick anymore after being exposed to more fulfilling dynamics they got familiar with. For bunch of misfits who can't figure out place in the world, another accepting kindred soul is a greatest treasure and solace

Everyone in the group got a taste an emerging budding of unconditional love that is a found family. It allowed them to show better side of themselves and encourage growth. Slowly yet surely opening up and helping each other. No longer alone and lost in life, having others to lend a shoulder, hand to reach for, ear that listens and a chance to change. In the end love is the main driving force, not pain. Broken but on a way to heal as a group

Belonging. After all, they chose to be weird together
