End to the Friend-zone

What's so great about neglecting people who care and chasing those that don't? Are we claiming bragging rights as "victims" ? I was speaking to a friend the other day and the concluding question was "What is the purpose of a friend zone?" Is a friend not the ultimate trait to seek in a spouse? What qualities are we looking for? Let’s take a look at the check list

Anything else you can work on. Well, we are entitled to deal breakers but my question is this... Why do we complain to the one that is there about the one that is not? How are we okay beginning romantic relationships with those we have not acquired friendships with? That is where we need to begin to understand the difference between love and lust. We have sexual partners and we have those we’ve friend zoned but the one who understands to combine the two is the one that is winning in the end.
