Hi Eli! I’m just a fan of Glen Keane, so I wouldn’t be able to give you any concrete advice on how to go about learning animation well. But I’m sure folks might be able to send you some advice in the replies? 

I’ve always heard good things about “The Animator’s Survival Kit” book as a good start.
