I feel like the fandom would have a much more comfortable outlook on the state of the server and be less doompost-y oh-my-god-the-server-is-ending at the slightest thing if we all kind of registered that the amount that the server is active and the amount of lore going on are 1. two different things, and 2. won’t always line up with each other, and that that’s okay

For example, August-September 2021 was a lot of lore and not a lot of activity, whereas right now I’d say that we’re still in a lore drought but the server’s generally returned to being active if that makes sense?
