This is my epiphany, and that’s why no artworks are done😔, but I hope it’ll help some.
I am sick. Not that I can’t get out of bed in the morning, or can’t eat food. But I am unwell, and that doesn’t make my life quality better🤕
I have thyroidism, and it’s in a bad stage… I should have done something about it much earlier. Unfortunately, I didn’t know it’ll get too serious.
Don’t worry, I’ll be okay, I’m taking pills rn, I’m already better than I was a year ago. But this thing caused some damage in me😔
And like two days ago I found out that I was sick since I was a kid. And nobody, not any adult in my life, did anything with my worsening health. They brushed it away. They said: “She’s just of weak health” or “You need to eat more vitamin C” or “You need to do sports”. But in my case you cannot do anything to it but take medicine.
After finding out that my problem is more serious than I thought, connecting the dots of my worsening health through years, all I can advise is - check your thyroid, it’s very important!
You may feel so bad and unwell because of it. Many colds, gaining weight, high blood pressure, cold hands and feet, being tired all the time - are all signs of ill thyroid.
If you have a kid please give them all the love and care and get them to the doctor with their strange symptoms if they have a lot of headaches or they get ill too often.
I’m very confused as to what should I say to my relatives, who could only point out that I was sad all the time and couldn’t advise any medical help (cause I know they could, that just didn’t give a f). I’m just very angry with them. And I know this anger will never go away, cause I know why they did it, but I’m still angry
Maybe I’ll delete it, but I really wanna make a video or smth about thyroidism and my story, so people would know what to look for, if their kids are sick all the time. I want to make this life better, and even if it’ll mean making pictures of this freaking thyroid ill do it🥴
