Super busy and didn’t have a post prepared, but I’m a sentimentalist, so here’s a rushed one.
I came into Veilguard a bit late, and it’s probably the first time in a long while that I’ve interacted with a fandom. It’s been creatively so rewarding. I recommend every artist experience a good, all consuming hyperfixation.
So here’s me taking stock of some wonderful moments and friends (because we don’t do that enough).

Career opps
What I didn’t expect this year was for clients to reach out specifically because of my Dragon Age fanart. I usually work in the TTRPG realm, so seeing it shift from fantasy to romantasy was pretty surprising. I’ve actually had to regretfully turn down book crate/author work and even book covers from a major publisher simply because I didn’t have the capacity. (I always try to recommend friends, though.)
Fanart absolutely can get you work...it’s kind of insane. And in an age where AI has made things so uncertain, I just wanted to say that there is still work out there.
I keep most of my book crate/author work on insta.
Going forward
- There this insane AU that I'm cooking with @rookanis-de-riva I'm buzzing with excitement for it. Oh and they've updated their current fanfic for me (which you should go and check out)
- I also have other collaborators tapped.....you know who you are.
- There's still the Crow's Ball short animation teaser I want to finish.
- I have so many pieces in mind and just not enough time, anyways this is long enough HAHA Thanks for sticking around, thank you for those who interacted ...the likes, the reblogs, the unhinged hashtags. Words don't do it justice. Anyways, go create.
"Minuscule" is in hiatus until mid/end of November and I'm sorry for the wait, but here is an artwork I managed to finish before being unable to use my tablet for a month!
