Slowly but surely I will get back to counting calories, right now I’m just trying to get back to enjoying low calorie foods. After the absolute trash fire that was my diet leading up to my birthday, it’s easier than ever to just crave a salad. I’m also rediscovering how good my body feels after exercising

I love acquiring a million new hobbies and working towards getting better at them, but they’re usually hobbies that result in a tangible product that I can observe and judge, like crochet and sewing. I love dance but it’s very hard for me to remain interested in getting better because I hate looking at myself in the mirror when I dance so I have no idea how I’m doing, and as long as I finish learning a choreography I’m good. And if something is too hard I just move on

BUT

I absolutely adore my favorite kpop artist and I was learning one of her choreos and she raised her leg over her head. And I was like BINGO. That’s a tangible goal for me to work towards. That will make me want to be consistent every day. And something that I can brag about. It’s cooler to show someone that I can do a challenging choreo rather than just saying “yeah I can do kpop TikTok dances” or wtv. I’m gonna work towards being more flexible :D and usually anything having to do with her makes me really happy and motivated. If I can feel like I’m becoming more like her oh god I’ll be so happy

Cw I’m just fucking weird (age regression talk)

My birthday just passed and I’ve been experiencing age dysphoria real bad. Ever since my teens I’ve progressively felt behind, hit milestones late because I wasn’t ready for them when everyone else was, like driving and losing my virginity and drinking. I’m still wildly uncomfortable with the topic of drugs and smoking. I don’t feel like I belong in this body. I feel like I’m just borrowing it, but the real me is stuck in old photos. I don’t believe I’m actually a child, I’m not trans age or anything, but man does this feel wrong. I just want to look a little younger, and prettier. I look old and wrong. I don’t even look 22. Ever since I developed this disorder I’ve just wanted to shrink myself down, and god is that feeling stronger now. I hate having stretch marks, public hair, loose skin, a surgery scar, sh scars, acne, a big body. This is not who I am. I feel so disgusted. I have to hide this body from myself to feel okay.

You guys have no idea the immense feeling of relief I get from being back, specifically from being able to say with my whole chest that I want to die without being worried it’s too much or I’ll get reported. It’s so liberating. It’s so different from talking to my friends. It’s so freeing

The other day I dreamed that I got pregnant with their kid. And I didn’t tell them but was thinking they’d find out if they saw a photo of the kid and saw that she was Asian. And I raised this kid alone and loved her with all my heart as a single mom. Not even in my fucking dreams can I be loved this is fucking insane
