‘Hello, do i know you?’ Vanille asked the stranger. ‘I don’t believe i’ve ever seen you before!’

“Ah…I suppose we haven’t quite met yet…” He placed his hands on his hips and thought for a moment. Her clothing looks smiliar to Noel’s. Could they possibly know each other? Focusing back on the rather cheerful one, he gave her a soft smile. “Would you happen to be a friend of Noel’s?”

Vanille, startled by the use of her new friends name in the question, blinked then smiled. ‘I do know Noel!’ She exclaimed. ‘Am i right in thinking you know him too then?’ After saying this, she realised that was a silly question. He’d mentioned Noel’s name, of course he knew.

Surprised by the question, all he could do was chuckle. "Of course, well, rather I had just met him." He smiled warmly at the girl. What colorful friends Noel has...does he have some sort of 'fetish' for woman with pink hair or something? Dismissing the thought, he shook his head and put on the same smile once again, looking back at her with a lighter expression.

Noticing the other, he couldn’t help but be taken aback by the woman’s unnatural hair color. Of course, he’s seen other students walking about the school grounds with unusual colors, but could this woman have this color naturally? Dismissing the thought, he gave her a warm smile despite the awkward air between them and walked forward. “I’m Machina, it’s a pleasure to meet you. Who are you?”

Looking at Machina, Lightning nodded her head. “My name is Lightning.” Before looking away she noticed the cape that was the mans back, his outfit looked very familiar. She ran into a few others who wore the same colors just in a different fashion. Noticing the aura around them both she relaxed her body to cause the tense she built to fade. “If I can ask..do you happen to be part of a group of some kind?”

Feeling the heavy aura begin to fade, he relaxed his muscles and stood in a more proper manner. "A group? More like a school. I go to the Suzaku Peristylium academy...which I presume you aren't familiar with." Of course, Machina thought she was just like the others who were also unaware of what this academy was all about. Even so, he had seen her speaking with that same brunette man a while back, so he doubted that she meant any harm.

Looking at the young woman walking about, he thought, What interesting clothes… A smile formed on his lips as he approached the girl. “Hello, I’m Machina. There are so many people out today, aren’t there?”

Serah looked at the mysterious man and smiled. “Hello, Machina. I’m Serah Farron, it’s nice to meet you.” she nodded. “Yes, there is. You aren’t from around here.. are you?” she noticed his clothes looked.. different. ‘I wonder if he’s a part of something similar PSICOM?… he doesn’t seem to have any guns on him..’ she bit her lip nervously. Maybe she should try asking. “Your uniform.. I’ve never seen anything like it before..”

"Oh, these?" He let out a small laugh and proceeded to explain. "I'm a student at the Suzaku Peristylium academy!" Machina felt himself explaining the same story over and over again, or maybe it was just that so many people were curious as to why he wore such 'interesting' clothing. Either way, he didn't mind explaining.
