The demon FLOATED closer to the girl. His form FLICKERED, and he stared down at her with a BROKEN but otherwise SMUG eye.

The environment of Mabel’s Mindscape began to CHANGE… or, at least, TRY to change. Broken images of Weirdmageddon began floating in, small remnants of what used to be. It was a SHAME that he couldn’t do this PROPERLY, to make Mabel have a  R E A L nightmare.      – But, hey. He would work with what he had.

            🌠 Mabel eyed the Demon as he floated closer to her, frowning and recoiling                  almost instinctively. Though his speech was broken, Mabel could underst-                  and what he was saying. Her family had ruined his plans with Weirdma-                  ggedon. Obviously he’d be ticked.                  Still didn’t mean she was going to be afraid of him. 🌠

                           「 ❝ We had to! You tried to take over the World! ❞ 」

            🌠 Nervousness started to blossom when her Mindscape shifted, if only a                  little. Brief glimpses of Weirdmaggedon trying to co-exist with her other                  thoughts. It made her shiver but she hid it well. 🌠
