Yeah… that was my worst Christmas ever!

I may need like $5000 soon, or I’m just canceling my business license as a photographer. I can only blame myself for selling myself so incredibly short, -for the several years I’ve worked in this screwed up market with the advancement and popularization of digital social media and smartphones- that I have zero $afety in these kinds of potentially critical threats to my business.

My problem is I don’t ask for much of anyone, and that includes help; but if I end up at the conclusion that: Not only have I possibly lost 8TB of storage; I also need to build a new computer with new software licenses. -Then that may be the first time I consider publically asking for support. (A “Go fund me,” or whatever) I see people make them for the dumbest reasons all the time, but the future of my business is possibly at risk FOR the stupidest reasons that so far have been out of my control.

So finished all the current War Stories available for BFV

Fucking fantastic, all of them. Each worthy enough of a full campaign. Really liked the environments, semi-open maps and voice acting in the characters’ native languages.

Also featured three of the most overlooked groups involved in WW2: the Special Boat Service, the Norwegian resistance and the French Tirailleur Senagelese.

Looking forward to the next stories they’re supposedly working on!

Except, they fucked with history big-time on two of the three. 

-They base the plot on the SBS being recruited criminals, when they were all volenteer elite soldiers.

-They wrote the Norwegian commando unit out of their own role in opperation Gunnerside, just so they could pick up the political correctness points of casting a mother and daughter duo in their place, in gross disrespect to the actual events. I’d also like to know who at Dice thought it was a good idea to base a first person shooter game campaign on a mission in which no shots were fired in anger, and nobody on either side was killed (other than the British commando engineers who were captured and executed). 

-The  Tirailleur Senagelese campaign focusses on discrimination and racism faced by the men within the French army, which is limited to… being made to dig fortifications while the white men fight? Sorry, but most of the frontline troops would be eager to get away from the flying bullets for a bit of manual labour, and pretty soon you’re off gunning your way through Germans anyway. As for the treatment of these men generally, will Dice acknowledge cases where French white officers were executed for defending their African troops from the Germans after they were captured? Of course not.

BF V has just been playing fast and loose with history since the first teaser trailer, to appeal to a small minority of social justice types, totally disrespecting the historical setting and the fanbase.

The Zistopia AU (Mar.1.2016 - Dec.26.2016) is an alternate universe created by @nicolaswildes (other wise known as @thewittyarsonist or @artwitt) which is heavily inspired on a scrapped plot of Disney’s Zootopia which was heavier on the systematic discrimination in the world of Zootopia.

In the wake of Witty leaving tumblr, I wanted to put together a complete and updated Masterpost for masterpiece of a fan-comic. I, and so many others, are so sad to see them go, and to see this comic never truly get it’s artistic ending, but I know I am just thankful for the story itself, and how much it has inspired me as an artist and storyteller today.
