I love it when people try to claim representation in fiction is being taken “too far” to the point where it’s no believable. They’re like:

so I've tracked down the last known location of torchwood to Sydney. looks like I'm headed off to Aberdeen airport. wish me luck!

went exploring around the old mansion near where I grew up again today. looked at the telescope but couldn't find anything I hadn't seen before. did do a bit more investigation into the shoelace I found. it looks old, like too old for a converse shoelace.
