Barnabas can't help the fond grin that creeps its way into their face, watching Macy as she goes. He then runs towards the kitchen, not wanting to keep the poor girl waiting, and quickly puts the kettle on before running back into the bedroom. Not that there is much distance between the two, anyway. It can be heard rummaging through the wardrobe, drawers opening and closing, hangers clicking together.
She emerges just a couple minutes later, holding one pieve of clothing in one hand and a bunch of crumpled up ones in the other, which it quickly puts down on the armrest of the sofa. "I'm fairly sure this one will be a good fit for you. And it is wonderful for this heat." He explains, unfolding a lilac crop top patterned with tiny white flowers. "I've– brought some skirts, as well, but...they are rather big, and they all unfortunately lack belt loops, or anything of the sort. I suppose it can't hurt to try them on, though. Ah, one of them is not mine, and the pattern might be a tad unnerving, but it seems to me as though it will be the best one for you." They sigh, still a little bit out of breath. "Would you like to go try them on, or would you prefer a cup of tea first?"
